"I have given everything in writing and named all those whom I was forced to name. They kept saying, 'Name these people then we won't beat you.' Their main aim was to torture me," Thakur told reporters on Saturday.

She further alleged that this was a conspiracy by the Congress which has now been exposed, adding that the case is a victory of 'Bhagwa, Sanatana and Rashtra'.

On Thursday, the NIA special court acquitted all seven accused in the
2008 Malegaon blasts
case. The court said that the prosecution failed to establish the case beyond a reasonable doubt, leading to the acquittal of the accused, including
Pragya Singh Thakur
, Major (retired) Ramesh Upadhyay, Sudhakar Chaturvedi, Ajay Rahirkar, Sudhankar Dhar Dwivedi (Shankaracharya), and Sameer Kulkarni.
Further, the court also ordered Maharashtra government to provide compensation to the victims' families, awarding Rs 2 lakh to the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 to those injured in the blasts.
The court found no evidence of explosives being stored or assembled at the residence of Prasad Purohit, another accused in the case.
"No sketch of spot was done by the investigation officer while doing panchnama. No finger print , dump data or anything else was collected for the spot. The samples were contaminated so reports can't be conclusive and relied upon," the court said.
The case dates back to September 29, 2008, when an explosive device strapped to a motorcycle detonated near a mosque in Malegaon City's Bhikku Chowk, resulting in the deaths of six people and injuring 95 others.

Mumbai: While the govt appears to be backtracking on the issue of feeding pigeons in public places, BMC teams continue to crack down on the practice and has, in fact, broadened its effort to tighten the vigil at more spots. The BMC's A ward has written to the local police station seeking assistance in taking action against individuals feeding pigeons near the Kabutarkhana outside CSMT's GPO — another of the city's most prominent pigeon-feeding spots. Assistant municipal commissioner Jaydip More said while they do not plan to cover up the Kabutarkhana near GPO, they have sought police assistance to take action against those throwing feed at the spot. Civic officials said the site continues to draw large numbers daily, leading to sanitation issues and health concerns from prolonged exposure to pigeon droppings. More said the BMC has stationed civic staff to keep a watch and enforce the court's directives. "But enforcement alone is not proving sufficient, which is why we've sought police support," said More. Tennessee killings probe The investigation into the family's killings in Tiptonville began July 29 after an infant in a car seat was found in a front yard in the Tigrett area, roughly 40 miles (65 kilometers) away. The Dyer County Sheriff's Office said in a statement that a caller reported a minivan or midsize SUV had dropped the infant at a 'random individual's front yard.' The sheriff's office later said they were working with investigators in neighboring Lake County, where four people had been found dead. Officials determined those people were the child's parents, grandmother, and uncle. Authorities later identified those people as James M. Wilson, 21; Adrianna Williams, 20; Cortney Rose, 38; and Braydon Williams, 15. Wilson and Adrianna Williams were the infant's parents, while Rose was Adrianna and Braydon Williams' mother. Investigators determined the four relatives had not been seen since the night before, according to Goodman. A relative had called 911 after finding two vehicles in a remote area, and the four bodies were found in nearby woods, Goodman said. Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Director David Rausch has said it's believed the killings were a targeted attack by Drummond. The baby, identified by Goodman as a girl, is safe and being cared for by other relatives. Goodman said authorities believe Drummond drove the baby from Tiptonville to Tigrett, where she was left in a yard. The TBI has already charged Tanaka Brown, 29, and Giovonte Thomas, 29, with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder. Investigators allege both men 'assisted' Drummond, 28, in the killings. Dearrah Sanders of Jackson was arrested on Monday and charged with being an accessory after the killings. Drummond's criminal history includes prison time for robbing a convenience store and threatening to go after jurors. He was also charged with attempted murder while behind bars.
