Shoppers say their feet "haven't felt so pain free at the end of the day in a long time."
Finding the right pair of summer sandals isn't easy. Not only do you went them to look a touch stylish, but they do need to offer some support and comfort.
Whether heading into town or having a day by the beach, then shoppers can alleviate any form of foot pain with the Iqushion Ergonomic Flip-Flops from FitFlop that are said to be "like walking on clouds."
Even better, they are quite affordable on Amazon, with the white colourway being the cheapest at just £19.20, down from £24, with the online delivery firm saying they are at their "lowest price in 30 days."
They may boast the classic flip-flop style, but they aren't as flimsy thanks to an "ultra-light" iQushion midsole that has been crafted from a high-rebound air-foam, with front and back pillows to cushion the feet.
The intelligent design also features anatomically shaped straps to hold the sandals in place, taking pressure of the toes, while the contoured footbed diffuses underfoot pressure and gives natural arch support.

Anyone looking for supportive sandals will know that another brand worth checking out is Skechers, with the brand's On The Go Vacay Womens Flip Flops that boast a memory foam insole currently £24 at Sports Direct, down from £33.99.
Pavers is also another brand known for providing arch support designs, with its £27.99 Pop Ups - New Spark Slider Sandals featuring a luxe contoured foam footbed to cushion the foot during walking.
Meanwhile, since FitFlop has earned quite a positive reputation, there's no surprise to hear that its Iqushion Flip Flops have earned a 4.3 rating based on over 100,000 Amazon reviews that say they are "immediately comfortable" with "no need to break in."
One five-star review read: "As a plantar fasciitis sufferer I was dreading summer and not being able to wear my beloved flip flops (which probably caused the problem in the first place.). I've heard of FitFlop but really don't like the thick type soles they are known for.

"Then I found these. Amazing support, super comfy and actually eased the pain in my foot. So impressed I bought 2 other pairs in different colours. Now I'm all set and will not be buying cheap unsupportive flip flops again."
A second shopper praised: "Love the support. They were immediately comfortable, no need to break in. I like the black and white color and the fabric top
Someone else praising the design said: "I have very flat feet, fallen arches and very frequent pain around the arch. I wore these on holiday for a week and my feet haven't felt so pain free at the end of the day in a long time."

One five-star review read: "Very cute and comfortable right out of the box. On trend and has a somewhat cushioned midsole—perfect for wearing all day."
One shopper did provide a three-star review after finding the design to be quite narrow, writing: "Very narrow, and the sole tapers towards the bottom, so not very stable."
Someone else who praised the fit for their feet wrote: "I love these sandals!! So light and bouncy you feel like you're walking on a cloud. They have far more cushion and arch support than most flipflops/slip slops/thongs normally do. And they look great too. And because they're really light and slim they're ideal to take on holiday. Do yourself a favour and buy these over any others!!"

My tried-and tested method for getting sun cream stains out of clothes

After much trial and error, beauty and travel editor Laura Mulley has hit upon a foolproof three-step formula for removing stubborn sunscreen and make-up stains from clothes I feel like I talk about this a lot, but it's one of my biggest bugbears in summer: the frustration of seeing my favourite light-coloured summer clothing constantly ruined from wearing sun cream. And as someone who travels a lot as part of my job as a travel editor, this was becoming a regular problem. I've tried so many solutions found on the internet, from sun-bleaching and citric acid to rust removers and lemon juice, but none or these worked. However, after years of trial and error, I've hit upon a three-step process that removes the worst of these stains from clothes, using products you can easily find in the supermarket or on Amazon. Not just useful after a hot holiday when you slather on sun cream regularly, this process also works on collars and necklines that have been discoloured by skincare products containing SPF (which of course you should be wearing every day) or foundation. It's not the quickest (it takes about 24 hours in total) and it hasn't removed some of the very old, very yellow marks, but it's what works best for me. It might be worth researching trying to find a sunscreen that doesn't contain avobenzone, oxybenzone or octocrylene, said to be the main culprits; this isn't an easy task, but I found that this one didn't leave lasting stains. SPF oils appear to be the worst for this. I should note first, however, that I'm not a laundry expect – this is simply what works for me – so do always read your item's care label beforehand, and use your best judgement. How to remove sun cream stains from clothes Step one The first thing I do is apply Vanish PowerGel Stain Remover (£6) to the affected areas, and spray it with a little Elbow Grease (currently a very good price of £1.99 for a big one litre bottle) – these could be applied in either order. As its name suggests, Elbow Grease breaks down the oil element of the sunscreen, and was a tip given to me by the mum of a messy toddler. Leave these two products on the clothing for a few minutes (Vanish advises that their product is left on for five minutes maximum, but I'm sure I've exceeded this). Step two The step that I think makes the most difference. Fill a big bowl or bucket with warm water, a handful of Napisan (currently £9.49) and a squirt of Fairy Liquid, and leave your clothes to soak in this solution overnight. Washing up liquid again helps to break down grease, and Napisan is the star product, a miracle stain remover I learnt about from another mum. You must leave it to work overnight, but it works brilliantly (it's also great for getting trainers back to white). Step three In the morning, wash your clothes on a slightly hotter washing machine cycle if the fabrics can take it (check the care label), with a cupful of ACE Ultra For Colours Stain Remover (£10.48 for two) instead of your usual detergent, which I think this adds the final helping hand in the fight against sun cream stains. This method isn't 100% perfect but it leaves my white clothes looking better than any other product or trick I've tried, and I'll never be without these five household products in my cupboard now.
