Australia's Zip Eyes U.S. Listing as Annual Profit Surges

SYDNEY—Australian buy-now-pay-later provider Zip is considering a secondary listing in the U.S. after increased use by consumers in the world's largest economy sent its annual profit surging. The ASX-listed company on Friday posted a net profit for the 12 months through June of 79.9 million Australian dollars, equivalent to about $51.3 million. That was up from A$3.7 million a year earlier.
