May 4 South Africa (Kenilworth) form analysis
(9) PAST AND PRESENT is very honest and tries hard. This looks to be the perfect race for him to exit the maiden ranks.
(4) JET A ONE fought hard to the line in his last start behind Show Off. He has improved significantly with the blinkers fitted. He may prove difficult to catch.
(10) MOMENT OF TRUTH ran a fair race last time. Blinkers on. He will be running on late.
(2) SET TO MUSIC has been rested for 109 days, and is much better than his last run. This trainer-jockey combination is hot of late.
Race 2 (1,200m)
(4) AIR RAID quickened up in devastating fashion on the April 14 to win a good race. He should take a lot of beating in this Class 3.
(5) MAURITIUS KESTREL moved up like a winner over 1,500m in his last start, but did not finish off. Drop in trip helps.
(3) PLEASE BE TRUE has been rested for 82 days. He powered home to win a good mile race on Feb 11. This 1,200m trip is short, but he will do his best work late.
(7) ARCTIC WIZARD ran a good second behind Air Raid on April 14. He is now 2.5kg better off. Include him in all bets.
Race 3 (1,100m)
(5) NORTH POINT sat just off the speed last time and won with absolute ease. He will be very hard to beat in this Grade 3 event.
(8) MATCH THAT won a lovely race on debut. She is a filly taking on the boys, but she gets the weight and looks above average.
(3) ORBIT made up ground late when second from a small break last time. Place claims.
(4) DREAMWORLD ran a terrific second in the Cape Slipper despite being green early.
Race 4 (1,600m)
(5) KINDA WONDERFUL ran second in the Cape Fillies Classic. If she does not need the run badly, she will be very competitive.
(8) TIME FOR LOVE won this race in 2024. She has been rested for 99 days, and has a good each-way chance.
(2) BEWARE THE BOMB disappointed in the Grade 1 Cape Fillies Guineas on the Dec 7. She is much better than that run.
(7) GOLD POKER GAME would have needed her last run on April 14. She will be ridden for some luck from a tricky draw.
Race 5 (1,800m)
(2) GARRIX sliced through the field to win the Grade 3 Variety Club Mile going away. He will love the 1,800m and is hard to beat.
(3) BILLY BOWLEGS had absolutely no luck in running on April 14, but still ran on for fourth behind Garrix. If he jumps on terms, he will be right there in the finish.
(4) LA PULGA won well on April 14. Improving with racing and must be respected.
(1) RASCALLION has been competitive at a high level. Keep safe.
Race 6 (1,100m)
(6) COUNTRY TIME was caught a long way back last time and then made up solid ground late. Good winning chance.
(9) WINTERONTHEGREEN was slow out but finished powerfully for second last start. If she can back that run, she can win.
(5) WILLIAM WEST carries a massive weight again, he was gutsy in his last start on April 16 up the straight at Kenilworth. He should run a fair race.
(2) ANGEL'S OASIS won her maiden well. She can sneak into the places.
Race 7 (1,100m)
(2) CAPTAIN'S DESTINY is as honest as the day is long. She was given a top ride by jockey Oswald Noach to win a good race last time.Good winning chance again.
(5) TANNERON ran super behind Captain's Destiny on April 16. She ran fourth and was only beaten just under one length. Good each-way chance at the weights.
(6) PINK PIGEON has been rested for 159 days and has changed stables. If she is ready to go on her return, she will go very close.
(7) LUCY ROCKET quickened up beautifully to win a competitive race at Durbanville on March 5. She is improving.

Jack Dorsey Advocates for Bitcoin Use as Everyday Currency 'As It Was Designed to Be'
Block CEO Jack Dorsey has once again emphasized his stance on Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC), advocating for its use as everyday money, a vision originally proposed by Bitcoin's creator, Satoshi Nakamoto. What Happened: Dorsey stressed that Bitcoin's ultimate purpose should be for daily transactions, not merely speculative trading. 'We want Bitcoin to become p2p electronic cash and everyday money, as it was designed to be,' Dorsey stated in a post on comments were in response to a post by Entropy Capital regarding how Block has developed a comprehensive Bitcoin ecosystem. This system comprises Square, a platform that allows merchants to accept Bitcoin payments, and Cash App, a wallet designed for quick and inexpensive transactions. Other elements include Bitkey, a self-custody hardware wallet for offline Bitcoin storage, and Proto, a Bitcoin mining infrastructure. Also Read: Jack Dorsey Says Bluesky's Rapid Expansion Fueled by X Exodus: 'Not a Great Way To Build a Product' Dorsey's message is unequivocal: Bitcoin is destined to become a part of everyday transactions, and Block is strategically positioning itself to facilitate this transition. Simultaneously, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has indicated that the U.S. is dedicated to exploring ways to accumulate more Bitcoin. At the time of writing, Bitcoin was trading at $118,473.47, a slight dip from its intraday peak of $119,399.29. Why It Matters: Dorsey's renewed emphasis on Bitcoin's intended use as everyday money underscores the growing acceptance of cryptocurrencies in the mainstream financial landscape. With Block's comprehensive Bitcoin ecosystem, the company is well-positioned to lead the charge in this transition, potentially influencing other companies to follow suit. Furthermore, the U.S. Treasury's interest in accumulating Bitcoin signals a shift in governmental attitudes towards cryptocurrencies, potentially paving the way for more widespread adoption and regulatory clarity.
