Sam Thompson, 32, leaves Soccer Aid afterparty with sports presenter, 23, after surprise appearance as a sub

SAM Thompson made a surprise appearance as a substitute during this year's Soccer Aid - but it was his post-match antics that really got fans talking.
The reality TV star, 32, was later spotted leaving the glitzy afterparty hand-in-hand with a glamorous 23-year-old sports presenter.

Sam was spotted leaving the swanky Soccer Aid afterparty at Manchester's Hilton Deansgate with stunning sports presenter Jolie Sharpe on his arm - just hours after England's narrow defeat.
The Made in Chelsea star looked in high spirits as he slipped away with Jolie Sharpe following the charity clash at Old Trafford, where rapper Big Zuu sealed a dramatic 5-4 win for the World XI.
Despite coming face-to-face with ex Zara McDermott's new flame Louis Tomlinson on the pitch, Sam brushed off the awkward moment and partied into the night - as Soccer Aid raised a whopping £15million for Unicef.
Jolie turned heads in a white ruffled mini skirt and denim jacket and was snapped leaving the hotel with Sam, with insiders claiming the pair have been 'good mates for a while.'
The I'm A Celeb champ kept it cool in a dark grey co-ord and crisp white tee, finishing the laid-back look with a pair of stylish trainers.
Jolie, who runs her own successful marketing firm JGS Live, boasts a seriously impressive CV - her agency is an official TikTok live selling partner and has worked with heavyweights like British Airways, Chelsea FC and The Economist.
Meanwhile, Sam, 32, and Louis, 33, reportedly thrashed out a "peace dinner" at Champneys in Tring alongside teammates, to avoid any bust-ups ahead of kick-off - after Louis struck up a romance with Sam's ex, Zara McDermott, 28.
Despite the heartbreak on the pitch, both lads seemed in good spirits as they arrived back at the Hilton to cheers from fans.
Sam, who had previously pulled out of playing due to injury following his gruelling 260-mile challenge, made a surprise cameo in the closing moments - just after Louis had left the field, dodging a potentially awkward showdown in front of the packed stadium.
A source told The Sun: "There is no beef between the pair and they're both going to ensure their love lives don't distract from such a big charity spectacle.
Sam Thompson makes surprise Soccer Aid appearance as he comes on as a sub just days after pulling out with injury
"They are fully aware that their every move is being scrutinised and they've broken bread with their teammates, so it'll be smooth sailing on the day."
Instead of lacing up his boots, Sam stepped into a new role on the sidelines - joining England's management team after being ruled out with a torn calf.
Speaking to This Morning's Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary live from Soccer Aid HQ, he said: 'I'm still very sore, still got the torn calf, however I am here at Soccer Aid HQ and it does not get better than this.
'We've still got the management team of England, we've got Vicky McClure, Tyson Fury who's stepping into some new shoes, and Harry Redknapp.'
'But also, because I'm not going to be able to run around, you've got me - part of the management team. Come on baby!'
Sam's appearance comes months after his split from former Love Island star Zara after five years together - with it later revealed in March that she'd moved on with pop star Louis.

Tottenham concern with Manor Solomon stranded in Israel during Iran conflict

Tottenham Hotspur are in touch with Manor Solomon after the winger was stranded in Israel because of the conflict with Iran. Solomon returned to his home country to marry his long-term partner Dana Vaoshina last week, but is now stuck in Israel and unsure when he will be able to return. A Tottenham spokesperson said: 'We are constantly in regular dialogue with all our players regarding their wellbeing and welfare.' Israel's airspace was closed, with flights to and from the country suspended, amid an air war with Iran who they have traded deadly missile attacks with. A source close to Solomon said that the player will only be able to leave Israel 'when the sky will open' and added they hoped for more news by the end of the week. Tottenham are not due to return to training until July, when Solomon will hope to impress new head coach Thomas Frank. But the club are understandably concerned about the safety and welfare of their player before then. Solomon spent last season on loan at Leeds United and played a key role in the club's promotion to the Premier League, scoring 10 league goals and contributing 12 assists. Leeds are believed to be interested in signing Solomon permanently, but Frank is likely to assess his new squad in pre-season before deciding on their futures. Solomon was offered support by Spurs in 2023 following the October 7 attack on Israel by Hamas and was given permission by the club to travel back to his home country later that year for a family matter. The 25-year-old received an apology from Meta after his Instagram account was temporarily deactivated in the aftermath of posts he made showing support for Israel. Meta, the company that owns Instagram, insisted the closure of his account was a mistake. In the aftermath of the Hamas attack on Israel, Solomon posted an emotional message on Instagram that read: 'In the past two days my country, my family, my friends and my beloved people have been going through hell. 'Over 800 Israelis have been murdered – the most murdered in one day since the Holocaust! Over 150 people have been kidnapped – including women, children, babies and elderly people. Thousands of missiles and rockets have been fired towards innocent civilians! 'Hamas is not doing [and has never done] anything in favour of the Palestine people. Hamas is a terror organisation with one mission only – to wipe the Jews off the planet. 'Supporting them means supporting terror, just like supporting Al-Qaeda, Isis and the attacks on 9.11. Israel has the right to defend itself! Pray for Israel.'

Napoli weigh up Jack Grealish move but will not match his Man City wages

Napoli will not match Jack Grealish's Manchester City wages as they weigh up whether to make an offer for him. Grealish is searching for a new club after being left out of Manchester City's Club World Cup squad, as first revealed by Telegraph Sport. It is anticipated that Grealish's future will not be resolved quickly, given the fact City paid £100 million to sign him from Aston Villa. There is also the significant issue of Grealish's City wages, which are in the region of £300,000 a week. Napoli showed an interest in Grealish in the January transfer window and head coach Antonio Conte rates the 29-year-old. But the Italians are yet to make a move for Grealish this summer as they weigh up whether they believe a deal could be done. Napoli are already clear that they will not match Grealish's wages and it could be that City would have to fund as much as 50 per cent of the England international's salary to make a move realistic. Grealish is expected to attract interest from the Premier League and overseas, but clubs may well wait until later in the transfer window to make a move. City are optimistic they will receive offers to sell Grealish permanently, but other sources believe an initial loan move is more likely. It is unclear whether Grealish has a preference in terms of his next move, but the former Aston Villa captain is known to be desperate to give himself the best possible chance of winning his England place back in time for next summer's World Cup. Thomas Tuchel, the England head coach, has said that he loves Grealish, but has suggested he needs to move to a club competing in European competition in order to play his way back into contention. Napoli will compete in next summer's Champions League, having won Serie A. But Tottenham Hotspur, who will be one of England's representatives in the competition, are not expected to enter the race to sign Grealish.

Fans convinced Premier League fixtures have been leaked with feisty opening games and huge Boxing Day derby

A "leaked" Premier League fixture list has been making waves online ahead of Wednesday's big reveal. Top-flight teams will find out the full schedule for the 2025/26 season on June 18. 2 2 More than 48 hours before the list is published, a set of Prem fixtures have been circulating online. The schedule, claiming to show the entire season, has been viewed over 400,000 times on X. In the list, champions Liverpool would be away at Brighton on the opening day. Tottenham would host Manchester United, while newly promoted Leeds welcome Arsenal. Newcastle are down to host Manchester City at St James' Park. But fans were quick to point out a problem - Toon have already confirmed they are not playing their opening match at home. Newcastle will be away in their first fixture as nearby Sunderland are hosting the Women's Rugby World Cup over the second weekend. Eagle-eyed fans also noticed Liverpool had been put down twice to play Nottingham Forest. One fan pointed out on X: "Forest at home twice." Another wrote: "Wrong, NUFC are away first game." While a third laughed: "This happens every year and every year it's wrong." And a fourth commented: "Never happening. If you play your first game away you don't play your last game away." In the supposed leak, Newcastle's eagerly-awaited Tyne-Wear derby with Sunderland is listed for Boxing Day. Another fan responded: "Too many games that have rivals both at home or away which can't happen with police and no way will the derby be on boxing day." The confirmed fixtures for the 2025/26 Premier League season will be released on Wednesday at 9am BST. All 20 clubs will learn the provisional dates for all of their fixtures, although some fixtures are subject to change. The exact date and time at which individual matches take place will be determined at regular intervals throughout the season based on TV selections.
