St. Paul Saints introduce absurd six-foot hot dog for 2025 season
The St. Paul Saints' chefs were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should. The residents of CHS Field have introduced "The Land of 10,000 Calories" as part of its 2025 concessions. It's a six-foot hot dog that is covered in even more meat and sides. No, it's not like ordering a party sub that winds up being a dozen little subs. This is a single hot dog the same height as Timberwolves guard Mike Conley. It comes topped with pulled pork, mac and cheese, french fries, and jalapeños, in case six feet of dog and bun isn't enough meal to take you through nine innings. Though, its absurdity is watered down a bit by the fact that it's meant to be shared and arrives with a side of fries and four drinks. Elsewhere in the stadium, El Burrito Mercado is opening a space in CHS Field with a menu that includes its Supernacho, Mercado Flautas, and Grande Churros. The Saints — and their 2025 ballpig, The Great Fatsby — will open the 2025 season on Friday, March 28.

6-foot hot dog on offer at St. Paul Saints games this year
Baseball season is about to begin, and the Land of 10,000 Lakes will become the Land of 10,000 Calories. At least that's the new name for it at CHS Field in St. Paul. The St. Paul Saints are serving up a 6-foot-long hot dog — and yes, it's just one hot dog. The dog is loaded with pulled pork, mac and cheese, french fries and jalapeños. It comes with fries and four drinks — just enough to share with a few of your friends. In other porcine baseball news, the Saints' 2025 ballpig has a name: The Great Fatsby, in homage to St. Paul's own F. Scott Fitzgerald . "With a steady, purposeful gait, The Great Fatsby entered CHS Field dressed to impress," the Saints said. "In a luxurious, well-tailored pink suit, a hoof ring, and a cane, he put the other swines on notice: he was here to do the job like no other pig has ever done in Saints history." The Saints open their season on Friday, just a day after the Minnesota Twins do the same .
