NEO celebrates Class of 2025 at 104th commencement
MIAMI, Okla. — Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO) proudly held its 104th Annual Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2025 on Thursday, May 8, at Red Robertson Field.
Officials say the ceremony recognized students from each academic division for their excellence and commitment to success, and featured remarks from the CEO of Oklahoma State System of Higher Education Chancellor Sean Burrage and Jason Ramsey, CEO of the Oklahoma State University A&M Board of Regents, who both spoke at the event.

NEO's 2024-2025 academic year had 400 graduates, with 230 of those graduates walking across the stage to get their diplomas.
'Commencement is the most inspiring day of the year at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College,' said NEO President Dr. Kyle J. Stafford. 'It is a celebration of perseverance, purpose, and potential. Our graduates leave here prepared to make a difference and ready to take the next step – whether entering the workforce or continuing their education at a university. We are proud of them, and we know their dreams are just beginning.'
NEO officials extend their congratulations to the graduates and wish them continued success.
