OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – According to the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office, a suspect on the A.G.'s 10 Most Wanted List has been arrested in Mexico. Officials say 19-year-old Angel Ibarra was wanted regarding a shooting in February that killed two teens and injured two others. LOCAL NEWS: Attorney General's 10 Most Wanted fugitive arrested in Sulphur A tip led the Mexican Federal Police to Ibarra. He was arrested and is in custody in Fort Worth, Texas. He will be transferred to Tulsa County where he faces charges for the shooting. 'Our collaboration with multiple law enforcement agencies has a been a significant factor in our success with the 10 Most Wanted list and helping to bring fugitives to justice,' A.G. Gentner Drummond said. 'These fugitives pose a serious threat to public safety. We need them off the streets, and we intend to hold them accountable for their actions.' FBI searching for fugitive accused of shooting man in Enid

ENID, Okla. (KFOR) — The FBI and Enid Police are asking for the public's help in locating a fugitive who they say shot a man in May 2024. According to the FBI, Jonathan Adrian Baez Perez, 23, is wanted out of Garfield County for allegedly shooting a man outside of a store in Enid on May 18, 2024. An arrest warrant has been issued for Baez Perez on charges of assault and battery with a deadly weapon, firearm possession after a previous felony conviction, and larceny of a motor vehicle. Baez Perez was also named on Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond's 10 Most Wanted List back in September. He is said to be armed and dangerous, and reportedly has ties to or may visit Enid, Kingfisher, and Guadalajara, Mexico. Fugitive on A.G.'s 10 Most Wanted List captured in Michigan

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – A fugitive on Attorney General Gentner Drummond's 10 Most Wanted List has been captured in Michigan. According to the A.G.'s Office, 20-year-old Nicholas Roman is the ninth fugitive to be caught. He is accused of indecent and lewd acts with a child. LOCAL NEWS: Two in custody after chase in stolen vehicle, police say 'This arrest demonstrates our steadfast effort to bringing those who commit crimes against children to justice, no matter where they try to hide,' said Drummond. 'I commend the diligent work of our investigators and our law enforcement partners who collaborated across state lines to ensure this individual will face the charges against him.' Investigators determined Roman had moved to Michigan. They learned that he obtained a Michigan driver's license in October 2024 and might have been working at a construction company in Northport, a town near the shores of Lake Michigan. The A.G.'s Office worked with the Leelanau County Sheriff's Office in Michigan, which led to the arrest of Roman. He was wanted on a 2022 warrant out of Oklahoma County.
