Addison Rae and Sombr spark romance rumours after LA dinner

Addison Rae has sparked dating speculation after being seen with singer Sombr during a night out in Los Angeles, days after appearing in his newly released 12 to 12 music video. The pair, who recently collaborated on the retro-themed visual, were spotted leaving a restaurant on Sunday and sharing what looked like a warm, personal moment. Photo: Backgrid Sombr whose real name is Shane Michael Boose, and Rae walked together in conversation before embracing in front of their car. Their public outing follows the release of the 12 to 12 video, where Rae features as the singer's on-screen love interest. For the evening, Rae wore a pale blue baby doll mini dress with ruffled sleeves, paired with black stiletto heels and a rhinestone-detailed handbag. She left her hair in beach waves and opted for minimal makeup. Sombr kept it casual in a green raglan shirt and baggy jeans. Rae was last known to be in a relationship with music producer Omer Fedi. While they had been together since 2021, she confirmed in a January interview that they were still dating. However, Rae has not been seen publicly with Fedi in recent months. The sighting comes just ahead of Rae's upcoming global tour, which begins in Dublin on August 26. Her tour will take her across major cities in Europe, North America, and Australia, following the release of her debut album Addison in June.

Latin Mafia, Omar Apollo Sing a Melancholic Cumbia on ‘Hecho Para Ti'

Omar Apollo's short-lived El Buki hair finally served a purpose. On Thursday, Latin Mafia released their flowy, sad boy cumbia 'Hecho Para Ti,' featuring vocals from Apollo, as they channeled the late Eighties and early Nineties in their video. The video captures retro, VHS-style footage of the Mexican trio performing the sad song with Apollo in a nightclub straight from your tío's album of photos from his bailador days. The video plays like a pixelated home video as Latin Mafia and Apollo perform, accompanied by a cumbia band. The performance visual is spliced with close-ups of the members of the band. 'My love, my love… (Oh-oh)/It's not so far off/And it's not so complicated.' Apollo and Latin Mafia have been teasing the song for months, and Apollo even joined the group during a performance at Mexico City' Palacio de los Deportes during the band's tour back in May. Aside from a Colors Show rendition of 'Siento que merezco más,' this marks the band's first release since dropping their album Todos Los Días Todo el Día, which features tracks such as 'Nunca He Sido Honesto,' 'Me Estoy Cayendo,' and 'Yo Siempre Contesto.' 'For us, Latin Mafia has no genre. We want to expand upon the Mexa sound,' Emilio de la Rosa told Rolling Stone last year. 'This album is an excess of noise saturation in vocals and in production. Above all, it's our aspirations to create a different formula in the Mexa music industry.' For his part, Apollo joined Malcolm Todd for 'Bleed' in February, after releasing his LP, God Said No, last summer. Addison Rae Is Sombr's Sultry Obsession in '12 to 12′ Video

Sombr and Addison Rae get sexy on the dancefloor in his new '12 to 12' video. On Thursday, the rising star released the video for his latest single, which stars the pop princess. The Gus Black-directed video opens with Sombr playing both host and guest on a late-night show, before zooming in to reveal Addison Rae in the crowd. The visual then cuts to Rae dancing solo under a disco ball, spinning and teasing the camera as Sombr sings the lyrics. The pair then come together in a retro booth before becoming sensual dance partners. 'In a room full of people, I look for you,' Rae mouths, mirroring Sombr's lyrics. The video ends just before they share a kiss. Both Rae and Sombr have been teasing the new video on social media, sharing clips (and outfits) from it over the last several days. 'Addison is a goddess,' he wrote on TikTok with a clip of the pair dancing. The video arrives ahead of his sold-out headlining tour scheduled for this fall. '12 to 12' follows singles 'We Never Dated,' and the viral tracks 'Undressed' and 'Back to Friends.' Rolling Stone even declared 'Back to Friends' as one of the Best Songs of 2024 So Far, lauding how 'the indie-pop record plays out like an impassioned conversation that bleeds through the walls and captures the melodrama of teenage love.' As for Rae, the video follows her opening slots at Lana Del Rey's Wembley Stadium shows in London. She's set to bring her debut album, Addison, on the road for her own sold-out tour. July 25 (UPI) -- Sombr released the song "12 to 12" and an accompanying music video starring Addison Rae on Thursday. Sombr also performed his song "Undressed," which dropped March 21, on Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday. He appeared on the stage behind a mirror before singing to an apparent love who'd lost interest. "I'm looking at you and you're looking at me, but the glimmer in your eyes is saying you want to leave," he sang. His new music arrives ahead of the North American leg of his Late Nights & Young Romance Tour, which winds down in Los Angeles Oct. 28.
