Actress Hailee Steinfeld was photographed walking down the aisle to marry the Buffalo Bills quarterback, 29, at their California wedding on Saturday, May 31. In photos of the nuptials, the bride can be seen wearing a white strapless wedding gown, accessorized with a long tulle veil and opera gloves. She styled her hair in a classic updo. The couple — who were first linked in May 2023 and debuted their relationship on Instagram in July 2024 — announced their engagement back in November. They shared the news via a joint Instagram post at the time, featuring a photo of the NFL player down on one knee in front of the Dickinson star, 28. From the looks of it, Allen went all out for the waterfront proposal, setting up a stunning, rose-adorned arch and dozens of candles. The pair captioned the post with the date of their engagement — Nov. 22 — and added two infinity symbols. Following the news that Allen had popped the question, a source told PEOPLE that the pair's families "were thrilled" that they had taken this next step in their relationship. "They've been head over heels from the start," the insider added. Steinfeld later shared details of the romantic proposal in a cover story for Who What Wear published on Feb. 19. She told the outlet that Allen caught her completely by surprise. When asked if she had any suspicions leading up to the proposal, she replied, "Oh my God, no! You talk to your girlfriends about that, right, where you're like, 'I just don't want to know.' " She said the romantic moment unfolded during a trip to Malibu, Calif., which she described as her "happy place." "It was magical," she said of the proposal. "That's the word." Steinfeld also praised Allen — who in March signed a new, six-year deal with the Bills worth $330 million — for making sure she was dressed for the occasion. "I'm so grateful that he did it the way he did so that I looked good, and we have these photos that we'll have and cherish for the rest of our lives that I'm not looking at being like, 'What was I wearing?' " the Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse star joked to Who What Wear. In February, Allen and Steinfeld made their red carpet debut as a couple when they stepped out to the 14th Annual NFL Honors in New Orleans. During the ceremony, when Allen was named the league's 2025 Most Valuable Player, the pair shared a sweet kiss before the athlete went up to collect his trophy. In his acceptance speech, Allen gave a little shout-out to Steinfeld, telling her, "You've been my rock, you're my best friend. I would not be standing on the stage if it weren't for you." Bill Belichick wasn't himself in final Patriots season: ‘Resting on his laurels'
Bill Belichick didn't have the same level of intensity and attention to detail in the tail end of his 24 seasons as head coach of the Patriots, according to NBC Sports Boston's Tom E. Curran. During his weekly appearance on the 'Jones and Keefe' show Tuesday on WEEI 93.7 FM, Curran explained that Belichick had a nonchalant attitude and was 'kind of resting on his laurels' and depending on his legendary reputation. 'I don't think it had the same intensity of attention that Bill Belichick from 2000 through 2019 had, no,' Curran said asked by co-host Adam Jones if Belichick was distracted in the 2023 season due to his personal life, which includes his 24-year-old girlfriend Jordon Hudson. Advertisement 'So the level of attention to detail probably was not the same. So distracted to you and me? I mean, I'm a distracted guy, I don't know if it's that level. But no, his level of intensity was not the same. 5 Patriots head coach Bill Belichick walks off the field after the game against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium on November 26, 2023. USA TODAY Sports via Reuters Con 'I think that that was borne out in the drafting, the free agent signings, the coaching and succession plans, the easy outs in terms of hiring — whether it be offensive coordinator or scouting or whatever. I think Bill very much got to a point where, when he articulated that, 'Why should fans have an expectation of success this year?' posed to him by [ESPN NFL reporter] Mike Reiss at the 2023 owners meetings. And Bill said, 'The last 25 years.' There was very much a kind of resting on his laurels and his reputation and, 'What's the worst that could happen here? I'm Bill Belichick.'' That would be a 4-13 season that ended with the franchise quickly splitting ways with the head coach. Belichick, 73, and the Patriots won six Super Bowls in 24 seasons together before they parted ways. Jones posed the question about Belichick being distracted that year due to Pablo Torre's recent report that Belichick was sneaking around with Hudson at the time — including the now infamous shirtless Ring surveillance camera video of Belichick leaving an Airbnb that was booked by Hudson. 5 Ring doorbell footage of Bill Belichick leaving an Airbnb rented by his girlfriend Jordon Hudson in 2023. @BabzOnTheMic / X Advertisement 'The latest — and I'm curious your thoughts on this — really does characterize Bill as distracted at the tail end of his tenure in New England,' Jones said. 'Red pants at training camp. Hotel rooms leading up to games. Never mind [appearing] on Ring cam videos, etc, etc. Do you think Bill was distracted in 2023?' Curran went on to agree with WEEI's Rich Keefe, who said 'I think it's going to be one-and-done at North Carolina' for Belichick — while also mentioning the coach's June 1 buyout date in his five-year deal with UNC. 'I know some are speculating whether he even makes it to the season,' Keefe said. 'There's like a buyout coming up on June 1, where there's a potential there. I just don't think they're going to — and what do I know about ACC friggin' football — but I just don't think that they're going to be, you know, landmark [improved], because they're totally different kinds of players that you're dealing with. 'I mean, kids who [were] just getting off a bus last year, some of them, to go to school. They're not adults. So how is that going to go? I would imagine it probably is more likely one-and-done than a five year tenure.' Belichick signed a five-year deal — with a $10 million per year in base salary that is only guaranteed for the first three years — to become the UNC head football coach in December. The contract also has a $10 million buyout that drops to $1 million in June. Advertisement 5 Jordon Hudson joined Bill Belichick on the field during a spring game for UNC football. 'I didn't come here to leave,' the coach said during his introductory press conference at Chapel Hill on Dec. 12, 2024, which Hudson attended. Torre's investigation claims Hudson, a former NCAA champion cheerleader at Bridgewater State University, is trying to control Belichick's career and further her own.

Pablo Torre threatens UNC with lawsuit amid his Bill Belichick-Jordon Hudson investigation
Podcaster Pablo Torre has quickly become one of the foremost experts on Bill Belichick's relationship with Jordon Hudson, breaking a number of stories related to it, and the ex-ESPNer said he's willing to take the University of North Carolina to court if they fail to comply with public record requests related to the football program. Torre, who has dedicated two episodes of his show 'Pablo Torre Finds Out' to uncovering details around the relationship, said during an appearance with Mike Florio on 'PFT PM' that UNC owed him a response to multiple public records requests by Friday. Instagram/@jordon_isabella 'These are public records requests,' he said. 'I don't know why this should be vague or ambiguous. If you're listening, like, it's not like, 'Show me your emails,' as if there is no expectation of it. It's, 'You get as part of the pact between a public university and the federal government, you get things in exchange for what feels like a reasonable level of transparency.' So we can tell what is this public money going towards? It's standard operating procedure, and if we don't — if we feel like they are not obliging their legal obligations, we will certainly pursue avenues to make it so.' The Athletic, The Assembly NC, and Torre have successfully had requests responded to earlier this year, which has led to some interesting revelations. The reporting by Torre over the past few weeks has come under attack from Hudson, who posted and then deleted a response on her Instagram page after Friday's episode investigating the Ring doorbell cam footage of the ex-Patriots coach that made headlines in 2023. Pablo Torre spoke with 11 sources who have dealt with Bill Belichick's girlfriend directly. Pablo Torre Finds Out Others have also questioned the reporting and interest in the relationship, which Torre himself pushed back on during the interview with Florio on Tuesday. 'I've seen enough reporters who love to suck up to coaches who are like, 'Look, the Jordon Hudson story was wildly exaggerated from the start,' and all I can tell them is that, 'You guys got to do some reporting if you think that that's plausible that we are overestimating the impact here,'' Torre said, 'because it's verified, documented, now increasingly public. 'They're missing the story, and that's what's also darkly humorous about this.'

Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld's wedding just weeks away
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and actress Hailee Steinfeld's wedding is getting closer. The couple is set to tie the knot over one of the next two weekends, a person familiar with their wedding told The Associated Press on the condition of anonymity because the date is private. The report did not disclose a location for Allen and Steinfeld's wedding. 3 Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld attend the 14th Annual NFL Honors at Saenger Theatre on Feb. 6, 2025 in New Orleans. AP During a March appearance on 'Good Morning Football,' Bills tackle Dion Dawkins said the 2024 NFL MVP and the 'Sinners' actress are scheduled to get married on May 31. However, Dawkins played coy about the topic when asked if he's attending the quarterback's wedding. 'I have no idea what is going on,' Dawkins quipped during an appearance on 'The Rich Eisen Show' on Friday. 'We're all here in Buffalo working out [at OTAs] so I'll give those guys a FaceTime call and see how everything is going but I have no idea… I'm in the fog.' Dawkins joked that he didn't know why he would get Allen a gift because he's clueless about the wedding. 'I think one of the gifts we got Josh this season is that he's been sacked the least amount of times during the season,' Dawkins said when Eisen asked if he got Allen something from his wedding registry. 'I think that that's one of the best gifts his parents will admire. I think Josh will admire it as well. 'That is my [wedding] gift to the world that Josh can walk down the aisle in one piece and be happy that he is walking down the aisle with all fingers and all toes.' Steinfeld and Allen got engaged by the ocean in Malibu last November after roughly two years of dating. Allen and Dawkins reported to the Bills' organized team activities (OTAs) portion of the voluntary offseason workout program on Tuesday. Bills head coach Sean McDermott laughed when a reporter attempted to get him to share the Allen and Steinfeld's wedding date 3 Josh Allen looks to pass the ball during a Bills practice in Orchard Park, N.Y. on May 27, 2025. 'I think it says everything, right?' McDermott said. 'He is the face of our organization. He's the leader of our team,' McDermott said. 'Like any leader, in particular the leader of the team, those words that he says and his actions are exponentially impactful, to the whole roster, the whole team.' 3 Hailee Steinfeld attends the European Premiere of 'Sinners' at Cineworld Leicester Square on April 14, 2025 in London. Allen threw for 3,731 yards, 28 touchdowns and had six picks for a 101.4 passer rating. He also ran for 531 yards and 12 scores. He is entering his eighth season with Buffalo after the team selected him with the No. 7 overall pick in the 2018 draft.
