Yezdi has officially launched the new 2025 Adventure in the Indian market. The motorcycle in its latest avatar gets several cosmetic changes. The brand has also made changes to the feature list of the motorcycle, while the basic mechanics remain the same as the previous iteration. In this article, we compare the 2025 Adventure and the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 in terms of design, engine, and price to help prospective buyers make an informed decision. 2025 Yezdi Adventure Vs Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: Design Classic Legends-owned Yezdi Motorcycles has updated the Adventure motorcycle for 2025 with a new fascia and a bunch of new color options. The new face is complemented by an asymmetrical LED headlight unit, which looks a lot like the BMW F 800 GS. Similarly, the tail light design has also been updated for two round LED units, which helps further amp up the bike's sporty quotient. Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 In contrast, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 retains its utilitarian charm but with modern enhancements. The design is more subdued, but it comes across as a bigger motorcycle than the 390 ADV. The focus is on touring, so the seat is comfortable, the riding stance is upright, and there is provision for mounting luggage. 2025 Yezdi Adventure Vs Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: Powertrain At its core, the Yezdi Adventure has a 334 cc Alpha 2 liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. This unit is tuned to produce 29 hp of power and 29.9 Nm of peak torque. This power is transferred to the rear wheel using a six-speed transmission. 2026 Yezdi Adventure The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, on the other hand, is equipped with a 452 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine producing 39 hp at 8,000 rpm and 40 Nm at 5,500 rpm. Its strength lies in the ample mid-range torque, offering a relaxed and tractable performance, ideal for long-distance touring. 2025 Yezdi Adventure Vs Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: Price The new 2025 Yezdi Adventure has launched in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 2.15 lakh (ex-showroom), which extends up to Rs 2.27 lakh (ex-showroom). In contrast, the prices of the Royal Enfield Himalayan are between Rs. 2.85 lakh (ex-showroom) to Rs. 2.98 lakh (ex-showroom).

2025 Yezdi Adventure launch rescheduled to June 4
The updated Yezdi Adventure will now arrive on June 4, 2025, delayed from its previous launch date of May 15, due to the Indo-Pak conflict at the time (HT Auto/Kunal Thale) Check Offers The India-Pakistan conflict pushed Classic Legends Pvt. Ltd. to postpone the launch of the 2025 Yezdi Adventure. But now, the company has confirmed that the launch of the updated motorcycle has been rescheduled to June 4. Classic Legends had stated at the time that the decision to postpone the launch was done in 'solidarity with the armed forces." The latest media invite from Jawa-Yezdi hints at a new design detail on the 2025 Adventure. The bike is expected to get a new headlight cluster sporting a completely new design. The Yezdi Adventure was criticised for being a bit too similar to its closest rival, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 411. The bike maker made some changes to the model last year but the new headlamp unit should help the bike get an identity of its own. Yezdi is also expected to update the electronics package as part of the latest set of changes, likely with features like switchable traction control and ABS. Power will come from the same 334 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine on the new Yezdi Adventure. The engine will be updated to meet the latest OBD-2B emission regulations. The Alpha2 motor was introduced last year with key upgrades while pushing out 29.2 bhp and 29.8 Nm of peak torque. The motor is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Other mechanical bits including the telescopic front forks, a monoshock at the rear, and disc brakes on both ends will be carried over. The Yezdi Adventure presently starts from ₹ 2.10 lakh, going up to ₹ 2.20 lakh (ex-showroom) and the MY2025 version is expected to arrive with a price revision.
