All the vendors that will set up shop at the Food Truck Extravaganza

All the vendors that will set up shop at the Food Truck Extravaganza originally appeared on Bring Me The News. It's a day suitable for the world's most voracious competitive eaters. The 2025 Food Truck Extravaganza is returning with more than 40 food trucks gathering at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Lake Elmo, just outside of Stillwater, on Saturday, June 14. The day-long festival, hosted by the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, goes beyond food trucks, offering live music and a Kids Zone for young attendees. Though, the bevy of pizza, burgers, BBQ, donuts, and treats is the real attraction. Here's a look at the current list of food trucks that will be setting up shop at the festival, including some excellent eats from Eggroll Queen, Junebug Carolina Flare, and OG Zaza, as well as the new Juicy Lucy-centric food truck from Matt's Bar. A portion of the event's proceeds are given to the Chamber's scholarship fund, which "supports area students... who will be furthering their education specifically in the trades."This story was originally reported by Bring Me The News on Jun 4, 2025, where it first appeared.
