Thunderstruck Ag Wins Dual Honors at Ag in Motion 2025 for Razors Edge Concaves
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Thunderstruck Ag has been recognized with both the 2025 Innovation Award and the Farmers' Choice Award at Ag in Motion, solidifying its Razors Edge Concaves as one of the most transformative and farmer-approved solutions in modern harvesting. These top honors reflect Thunderstruck Ag's commitment to solving real-world challenges in the field, starting with the costly inefficiencies tied to outdated concave systems. With its multi-crop adaptability, precision threshing, and downtime-reducing design, the Razors Edge Concaves are changing how North American farmers approach harvest. 'This is more than a product win, it's a validation that we're listening to farmers and building what they actually need,' said Jeremy Matuszewski, President and Founder of Thunderstruck Ag. 'Razors Edge Concaves simplifies the process, improves the results, and takes the headache out of harvest season.' Award-Winning Simplicity Meets Serious Performance Razors Edge Concaves stood out among top agricultural innovations for their field-proven results and farmer-focused engineering. One Setup, All Season The patent-pending variable bar spacing matches natural crop flow, eliminating mid-season hardware swaps. Switch between wheat, soybeans, corn, or canola without cover plates or inserts. Cleaner Threshing, Better Grain The notched bar system promotes grain-on-grain separation, maintaining kernel integrity and delivering a cleaner sample, even in tough conditions. More Acres, Less Wear The laser-clad edge holds its sharpness longer, extending component life and reducing maintenance. Designed for the Challenges Farmers Actually Face From managing multiple crops to avoiding rotor loss and overload, pRazors Edge Concaves offer a smarter alternative to traditional concave systems. The design eliminates unnecessary adjustments, minimizes crop loss, and maximizes efficiency, translating directly into higher returns at the elevator and less stress in the field. 'This isn't just innovation for the sake of it, it's equipment built to work better, faster, and longer,' Matuszewski added. About Thunderstruck Ag Equipment Thunderstruck Ag Equipment is dedicated to connecting farmers with products that make them more successful on their farms.
