2P renews, increases credit facility with SNB to SAR 73.6M
Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) renewed and increased a Shariah-compliant credit facility to SAR 73.62 million with Saudi National Bank (SNB), the company said in a filing to Tadawul. The facility, secured today, May 26, will be utilized for awarded projects, as well as the issuance of letters of guarantees, credit, and invoice financing. The deal does not have any related parties, 2P said. The financing, available until May 30, 2026, is secured by promissory notes and covers the total amount, according to the statement.

2P wins SAR 122M maintenance contract in Eastern Health Cluster
Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) won a SAR 122.2 million contract, inclusive of VAT, to operate and maintain digital health systems at the Eastern Health Cluster, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. The contract covers maintenance, operation, and technical support for computer systems, networks, infrastructure, applications, and storage at the cluster's facilities in the Eastern Province, including King Fahad Specialist Hospital in Dammam. The financial impact is expected to reflect positively from 2025 through 2030. 2P said there are no related parties to the agreement.

2P hammers out SAR 66.6M deal with NWC

(NWC) for SAR 66.63 million, including VAT. In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the three-year contract entails providing specialized services to establish and operate the unified contact center. This includes managing operations, hiring people, and providing technical solutions and platforms. The contract period is for three contractual years (36 months), and it is expected to have a positive financial effect during 2025, 2026 and 2027.

2P signs SAR 20M operations, maintenance deal with Sports Boulevard
Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed a contract on March 27 to operate and maintain technical systems in Zones 1 and 5 of the Sports Boulevard Project, under a framework agreement with a financial ceiling of nearly SAR 20 million, inclusive of VAT. In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract is valid for 36 months, with the financial impact to be realized from 2025 through 2028. The agreement covers a detailed 24/7 operation and maintenance plan for seven core systems and network infrastructures in the two zones. These include the public address and voice alarm (PAVA) system, closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, access control system, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system, wayfinding systems, lighting control system, and the Pavegen (step energy generation) system. Under the contract, 2P will ensure the continuous operation of these technological systems while enhancing security and operational efficiency through both preventive and corrective maintenance. The company will also provide effective oversight and management to support system longevity and performance, offer ongoing technical support for users, and ensure compliance with technical and security standards. In addition, it will establish a flexible and adaptable technical framework that can evolve with future technological advancements. 2P received the signed agreement on April 7. The company confirmed that no related parties are involved in the deal.

Additionally, the project includes the operation and management of the ministry's internal and external networks, link circuits, Microsoft applications, and email services. It also covers business requirements analysis, system and software development, and the design and development of smart applications. The company will provide technical awareness and media services while also handling the operation, support, and development of systems, software, and smart applications. Furthermore, the project scope extends to managing the ministry's internal and external portals, ensuring quality management, and overseeing the digital transformation process. Other key areas include implementing business intelligence systems and providing comprehensive technical support. The company stated that the project will have a positive financial impact on its performance for the years 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028.
