Governor Al-Awlaki explained to the Yemeni News Agency (SABA) that the 35th National Day of the Republic of Yemen "22 May" is an occasion carrying profound meanings and great significance in the consciousness of the Yemeni people, as it represents the practical culmination of the efforts of the strugglers and the realization of the most important goals of the Yemeni September and October revolutions. He pointed out that the challenges and dangers facing Yemen and its people confirm to everyone that Yemeni unity is the only way to confront all challenges and overcome them, and to build a strong Yemeni state at all levels. He noted that Yemenis today are more committed than ever to their unity, as it represents a true embodiment of pride and dignity, adding "A great, strong, free and independent Yemen with its sovereign decision, emerging from the cloak of guardianship and dependency, is the homeland aspired to by all the Yemeni people and the refuge that provides all Yemenis with pride and dignified living". The Governor of Shabwa referred to the repression suffered by the people of the southern and eastern governorates, accompanied by plundering of wealth, tampering with capabilities, starvation, lack of the most basic services, and a significant deterioration in living conditions, which exposes the lies and malicious goals of the occupying states. He affirmed that unity, with its meanings of freedom, sovereignty and independence, is the guarantee for building a free, strong and independent Yemen capable of facing all challenges, pointing to the failure of conspiracies that attempt to force Yemenis to abandon their unity. He added "The leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi is the one with the comprehensive national project for all the people of Yemen, through the visions he has presented that have crystallized on the ground in record time, and have been witnessed by near and far despite the aggression with its multiple nationalities and the conspiracies from various sources, and he is the one who bears on his shoulders the project of building a strong, free and independent Yemen". Al-Awlaki touched on Yemen's honorable position in support of Gaza and all of Palestine, and the victory for the just causes of the nation at this pivotal stage, despite the aggression and siege Yemen is subjected to, considering the military development achieved by Yemen as the beginning of the nation's advancement at all levels Whatsapp Telegram Email Print more of (Local)
