Where Is ‘90 Day: Hunt for Love' Season 1 Filmed? Tropical Paradise's Location Revealed

90 Day: Hunt for Love brings the 90 Day Fiancé franchise's hottest singles as they live together in a tropical paradise to hopefully find the connection of a lifetime. Bringing cast members from all over the globe like Usman 'SojaBoy' Umar and Jeniffer Tarazona to an idyllic getaway, fans are curious about where the spinoff was filmed. 90 Day: Hunt for Love was filmed at Kore Tulum Retreat & Spa Resort in Tulum, Mexico. The adults-only property is nestled in Tulum's Jaguar National Park and offers gorgeous views of the crystal-clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. 'Within the gardens of our Tulum hotel, you'll find spacious villas with exclusive rooms,' the hotel's website boasts. 'You can enjoy our adults-only facilities and relax during your stay in our infinity pool, Jacuzzis, spa and gym, while enjoying our delicious gastronomy with an unmissable view of the sea in our restaurants, or admire our natural cenote in the middle of the hotel's garden.' 90 Day: Hunt for Love mixes the 90 Day Fiancé universe's hottest alums with a cast of new sexy singles to find love in a tropical paradise. '90 DAY: HUNT FOR LOVE, an exhilarating rollercoaster ride featuring eight singles from the 90 Day universe who are ready to embark on a quest for love once again, joined by fresh, new faces and romantic hopefuls,' the press release teased. 'Set in Tulum, Mexico, these love-hungry alums have loved, lost and learned a few lessons along the way. Whether they're healing old wounds, chasing new sparks, or unknowingly walking straight into a love triangle, each of them throws caution to the wind as they jump back into the dating game.' During the retreat, the singles are set to participate in a whirlwind of events, mixers and dates, all in the hopes of 'finding The One' by the end of their stay. The dating show is set to get steamy, as the trailer teased champagne showers, flirty body shots and makeout sessions. But it's not all fun and games — drama is in full swing as love triangles are set to be a major theme this season. 'There's gonna be love triangles. I feel like this season, it tests the waters, like even being a little more provocative I feel like,' 90 Day: Hunt for Love cast member Chantel Everett exclusively told In Touch ahead of the premiere. 'And I, I'm like, wow, TLC we're really moving in this direction.' In season 1, TLC viewers were reintroduced to eight familiar faces from the franchise: Colt Johnson, Chantel, Cortney Reardanz, Jeniffer, Rob Warne, Tiffany Franco, Tim Malcolm and Usman. 90 Day: Hunt for Love airs on TLC on Mondays at 8 p.m. ET. Hunt for Love: Between the Sheets aftershow airs following every new episode.

Max to be renamed HBO Max, fixing the name change nobody wanted

Two years after Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) rebranded its streaming service to Max, the company is reverting to its old name. On Wednesday, the company announced the good news at its Upfront presentation, with the name change becoming official this summer. When Max launched in 2023, the revamped platform was positioned as a win for subscribers, giving them access to 35,000 hours of entertainment, as well as new features, an updated interface, and overall better performance. The name change was made to eliminate confusion, as the HBO Max streaming service included not only HBO content but also programming from all WBD-owned networks, such as CNN, the Discovery Channel, Food Network, HGTV, TLC, and more. Additionally, this change was meant to broaden its appeal beyond adult viewers, incorporating more family-friendly titles from Discovery. Despite these intentions, many viewers criticized the name change. Now, it seems that WBD has reevaluated its approach. Instead of focusing on a large volume of diverse content, the streaming service is prioritizing quality programming. During the WBD Upfront, Casey Bloys, chairman and CEO of HBO and Max content, said, 'With the course we are on and strong momentum we are enjoying, we believe HBO Max far better represents our current consumer proposition. And it clearly states our implicit promise to deliver content that is recognized as unique and, to steal a line we always said at HBO, worth paying for.' The shift comes after WBD reportedly removed hundreds of hours of titles earlier this month, such as several '90 Day' spin-offs and 'Ghost Adventures,' according to a Reddit post. So it appears that Discovery's reality shows, initially intended to boost the Max name, didn't drive enough engagement for the streamer after all. Nonetheless, HBO Max continues to be one of the top streaming services. The company touted its growth in the announcement, reporting an addition of 22 million subscribers in the past year, keeping it on track to reach over 150 million by 2026.
