Grayson Waller Takes A Dig At Cathy Kelley's Mom On WWE RAW
Cathy Kelley's mom is out here catching strays. After Grayson Waller set up his tag partner Austin Theory with a spontaneous match against 'The Celtic Warrior' Sheamus last Monday, WWE correspondent Cathy Kelley wanted to address the elephant looming in Louisville's KFC Yum! Center this week on WWE Raw. Unfortunately for her, she and Waller had two different interpretations. Advertisement According to Kelley, the 'elephant' meant the tension seemingly growing between Waller and Theory. In Waller's eyes, though, it signified something much more personal to Kelley. 'The elephant in the room. You mean your mom?' Waller said to Kelley before apologizing to Theory. 'Hey, first of all, last week was my fault. I was trying to be a good mate, giving [Theory] a marquee match, but maybe the surprise was too big. I'm sorry.' While initially taken aback by Waller's remark, Kelley managed to stay professional and finish her interview with A-Town Down Under, which resulted in Theory informing Waller he had secured him a match with Sheamus in return. Afterward, Kelley took to Twitter/X to note that Waller's anger toward extends back to November 2023, when she aimed another witty insult at Waller. Advertisement On previous episode of WWE SmackDown, Waller poured a bottle of water over the head of Kevin Owens, who sat next to the commentary table. Waller then made this image his profile photo on X, prompting Kelley to write 'The first time [Grayson's] gotten anybody wet' in response. According to Kelley, Waller seems to still be mad about this initial diss. WWE Raw results, highlights (Mar. 24): John Cena and Cody Rhodes nearly collide
Glasgow, Scotland was the latest stop for "WWE Raw" on the Road to WrestleMania. Like last week in Brussels, Belgium, it opened with heel John Cena berating the crowd. Several storylines are heating up as WrestleMania 41 nears in April in Las Vegas. The spotlight remains centered around the Undisputed WWE title, so let's jump right into it. The Glasgow crowd continued the fun of Cena's heel turn when it hurled 'John Cena sucks' chants his way during his entrance music, which has yet to change. Cena's still rocking his traditional gear and look. This just isn't it, man. His points last week made sense, but they don't fit the aesthetic at all. When Rhodes mentioned in their first interaction how he wanted to see the real Cena at WrestleMania, pointing at his shirt, it was kind of hilarious in hindsight. Like, that dude is actually right in front of you, Cody. He looks the exact same. GLASGOW is booing John Cena out of the building! 🏴#WWERaw — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 Cena hasn't forgotten about that kid from last week!#WWERaw — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 JOHN CENA is going to RUIN WRESTLING!#WWERaw — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 Cena essentially continued his promo from last week but instead pointed out how roasted that kid in the crowd and everyone loved it. This was a repetition of last week but with the capstone of Cena's promise to ruin wrestling. I mean, that's some fourth-wall-breaking brilliance because so far, as just stated, he's felt backward. Then, the plan was revealed. Win the title, make history, and retire. Yeah, that's about as solid of heel work as you could lead to while simultaneously being a spoiler of what won't happen. Unless it's temporary, there's no chance that WWE goes that route, which would work nicely. Find a way to entice Cena from a super brief, ultra-evil retirement, holding the title hostage. It could even have a callback feel to when CM Punk 'walked out' with the WWE Championship during the height of their rivalry back in the day. Rhodes once again elevated the segment with his arrival. He asked Cena to take the title from him before Cena teased a brawl. That was never going to happen despite how in love Triple H is with them these days. Hey, maybe the third time will be the charm? Don't doubt it, folks. Cena has to respond to Rhodes at some point. How will John Cena walk away from #WrestleMania and the WWE?#WWERaw — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 Of course, Jey Uso's 'surprise' tag team partner against A-Town Down Under was his brother, Jimmy. This stalling extension of the Gunther 'rivalry' has just been a filler of the highest degree. It doesn't feel like one of the world titles is involved with any of this, and really, it isn't since Gunther isn't directly involved outside of his random attacks, which happened again like clockwork. Nothing has been more predictable on WWE programming these past so many weeks, including Uso botches. Unlike last week's brutal dive, however, the spear botch appeared to be a work. Commentary played it off as such, and The Usos' backstage segment highlighted it. That was admittedly a good job by WWE to turn negatives into positives. Jey Uso vs Gunther #WWERaw #RawonNetflix — Corey B ⚜️ (@CoreyBElite) March 24, 2025 This whole match was counterproductive to the narrative of the Gunther-Uso feud, though — at least when it comes to boosting Uso as a singles threat. Gunther has claimed Uso is nothing more than a tag team wrestler, and re-uniting him into one of the all-time best tag teams proved that. The Usos are better together than apart. It's all poor, lost booking. It does make you want to see The Usos together again, so there's that. And introducing Jey Uso's tag team partner...#WWERaw — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 Jey Uso ha estado entrenando. #WWERaw — Alejandro Gómez (@SrAlexGomez) March 24, 2025 The Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky and Bianca Belair segment on this 'WWE Raw' was an absolute cluster. Adam Pearce's lack of control as a general manager never ceases to be entertaining but wildly silly. Once all three wrestlers were in the ring, it was a repeat of what they'd been doing: Belair and Ripley arguing until one pushes Sky's face away to ignite a brawl. Pearce just left as they essentially had a mini triple-threat match. What made this so confusing was how Pearce continued to talk about a rematch solution for Ripley. That meant she'll challenge for Sky's Women's World title on next week's 'WWE Raw,' and the winner will face Belair at WrestleMania. He never even said Sky's name though, which made it sound like he got them confused and thought Belair was the champion. Even Sky looked confused. It was poorly executed, and we can practically guarantee some shenanigans from Belair in the rematch next week to solidify the triple-threat match at WrestleMania. She will be the special guest referee, which further solidifies Pearce's awful decision-making — or lack thereof. It will be a travesty if Sky — or anyone at this point — gets left out of a WrestleMania title match. NEXT MONDAY on #WWERawRIPLEY vs. SKY for the Women's World ChampionshipWho will go to #WrestleMania?! — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 Bron Breakker's Intercontinental title defense against Penta was absolutely awesome — until the finish. Dominick Mysterio wants to recruit The Judgment Day, which led him and Carlito to make their way ringside. Mysterio cost Penta the match by attacking Breakker. Awful, awful, awful. Finn Balor appeared afterward to continue the attack and tease a possible turn on his old teammates, along with a Penta heel turn invitation that he declined. A Balor interference to cost either the match could have been justified, and ideally, I would have had him cost Breakker the title while turning against The Judgment Day. There would be a lot to work with there, but how this was laid out was the same old thing. The Judgment Day will surely lose their inevitable match against Penta and Breakker next week. Whoop-dee-doo. Why can't WWE just give us more clean finishes to epic matches on a weekly show? PENTA just made his decision!#WWERaw — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 1. Lyra Valkyria successfully defended her Women's Intercontinental Championship against Raquel Rodriguez when she countered a Tejana Bomb into a roll-up pin. It was somewhat of the typical botched Judgment Day interference when Liv Morgan jumped onto the apron. Afterward, she and Rodriguez attacked Valkyria to prompt Bayley's emergence for the save. This will likely lead to a tag team match, obviously. Everything about this was pretty good, and there was nothing over the top about the finish. Who ya got in our Women's #ICTitle Match on #WWERaw?! — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 2. CM Punk delivered a short and not-so-sweet promo for his appearance in Glasgow and teased a triple-threat match contact signing with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins for Friday's "SmackDown." It's incredible how natural this guy is on the microphone because he rapidly banged on so many cylinders. From a call back to "working with children" in AEW to a Paul Heyman dissension tease, it was as perfect as short promos can get. Take notes, wrestlers. "He sees in real time just like all of you that his Wiseman isn't just HIS Wiseman..."#WWERaw — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 THIS FRIDAY on #SmackDown in LONDON 🇬🇧PUNK, ROLLINS & REIGNS sign the #WrestleMania contract!🎟️ — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 1. No one cares about Pat McAfee's kilt. 2. At the end of The Usos' backstage segment, Jimmy walked around the corner of the stairwell, and Gunther was literally just chilling in the hallway, all alone. What a coincidence! Jimmy vs. Gunther next week on "WWE Raw." He just slapped the YEET out of him! 👋#WWERaw — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 The presumed saga of Chad Gable as "El Grand Americano" continued to unfold and be pretty awesome. Dragon Lee and Rey Mysterio were justifiably upset with what's been going on with the luchador. They assumed it was Gable and called him out for a match, but said he was sick and had a doctor's note to prove it, which led to Americano vs. Lee. Boy, I'll tell you, the match was excellent. Lee was the first to go for the reveal and pull at Americano's mask during the match, but ultimately, Americano won after a top-rope spot saw him toss Lee by the mask, removing it in the process. Americano locked in the ankle lock and forced the tap. These two were perfect together and some of the bumps outside the ring, were particularly brutal. Even though this whole thing with Gable is a comedy angle at its core, it's been fun in all respects. I mean, the dude was announced to be from the "Gulf of America." Absurd. 🗣️ EL GRANDE AMERICANO for #WWERaw! — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 It's full steam ahead for El Grande Americano, who just grounded Dragon Lee in one tall order of a match!#WWERaw — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 El Grande Americano just UNMASKED Dragon Lee!#WWERaw — WWE (@WWE) March 24, 2025 👑 Crown score: 8/10 👑

WWE Raw Results, Winners And Grades On March 24, 2025 From Glasgow
CM Punk appears live on Raw Glasgow. WWE Raw from Glasgow, Scotland advertised Week 2 of Heel John Cena, with Cena and Cody Rhodes once again in the same building. Raw also advertised Lyra Valkyria vs. Raquel Rodriguez for the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship, Bron Breakker vs. Penta for the IC Title and an appearance by CM Punk. John Cena derided WWE fans for liking the viral video of Cena insulting that child last week in Brussels. He called them out for their hypocrisy in liking his heel antics despite still turning on him. John Cena battled chants of 'F-U Cena' and 'Shut the F Up.' Heel John Cena said he's been preparing for their 'stupid, childish curse-written nursery rhymes.' Cena said fans make this so simple. He said when he bled, they thought he was tough; when he was loyal they thought he was vanilla. While battling 'what chants,' Cena said when he speaks in rhythmic tones, they say 'what?!' He was toying with them at this point. Heel Cena defended the Spinner Championship, which the Glasgow crowd booed heavily. Cena went on to say he was going to ruin wrestling for every fan, every wrestler and for everyone. But when Cena vowed to win a 17th championship, there were some cheers mixed in with the boo's. Cena then said he will win the championship and retire with it. Cena called himself 'the last real champion' in WWE. This is a great heel gimmick. Cody Rhodes interrupted to another massive reaction. Cody dared Cena to take the WWE Championship after laying it in front of him. As Rhodes ripped off his tie, fans cheered. Cena refused to take the title, and instead stormed off. Cena teased coming back, then stormed off again to even louder boos. Jey Uso's 'mystery tag team partner' was an Usos reunion with his brother Jimmy, which was awesome to see. Both Theory and Waller looked more shredded than ever this WrestleMania season. Hopefully he and Theory get rewarded for their hard work with at least a WrestleMania match against each other one year in the making. It was noteworthy that WWE went to commercial break multiple times in the first hour, only to immediately come back from commercial. A-Town Down Under got a ton of offense on the Usos. After a missed Shrek-inspired elbow-drop from Waller, the Uso's comeback started with an alley-oop Samoan Drop, followed by an alley-oop Spear and a 1D for the win. After the match, GUNTHER tossed Jimmy aside and took a beating from Jey. Jey tripped while going for the Spear (which may or may not have been intentional), and GUNTHER caught him and reigned down with elbow strikes. Jimmy ran GUNTHER off with a chair and consoled his brother. After the match, Jimmy continued to console his brother backstage. Jey is in his head. Jimmy then challenged GUNTHER to a match next week before slapping the hell out of GUNTHER. There was a historically hilarious video package for El Grande Americano that has to be seen to be believed. As the colonial favorite, this is the most over Lyra has been in her young WWE career. The match started off with Rodriguez emphasizing her size, throwing Valkyria around like a ragdoll. WWE Raw: Glasgow took its first proper commercial break by the end of the first hour, but not before Raquel kicked the hell out of Liv Morgan. During a nearfall, Liv Morgan put Rodriguez's foot on the rope right in front of the referee. The referee (Jessika Carr) had to act like she didn't see it. Lyra won after taking out Liv with a dropkick and rolling up Rodriguez. After the match, Bayley hit the ring to even the odds. Adam Pearce attempted a second physical contract signing since Rhea crashed last week's signing. WWE signed a $5 billion contract with Netflix, but they don't have DocuSign? Rhea Ripley may have successfully complained her way to a WrestleMania spot. She will get a WWE Women's World Title shot next week against Iyo Sky, but Bianca Belair will be the special guest referee. As per usual, WWE's international fanbase booed Bianca Belair, despite Belair doing nothing wrong throughout this entire build but earning a world title shot. El Grande Americano was clearly Chad Gable in a mask, with fringes. His theme music was a Mariachi version of one of the most patriotic American theme songs that nobody knows the name of. Gable had previously claimed he was under the weather, and could not compete tonight. Michael Cole said he couldn't find anything about El Grande Americano on Google. Clearly he has not been on Google in the past hour, because the video package for El Grande Americano had gone viral by then. Fans chanted 'Ole' for Grande Americano. This gimmick will go crazy in the states. There was a scary spot before break where Americano hit a release suplex on Dragon Lee off the apron. Lee almost landed on his neck. As fans were chanting 'this is awesome," Americano pulled Lee's mask off and slapped on the Ankle Lock for the win. I love this character. CM Punk said Roman Reigns' wiseman 'isn't just his wiseman.' Punk said there would be a contract signing on SmackDown. Fans booed, and Punk acknowledged the boo's by saying it was because they wanted it in Glasgow. But that's why Punk was in Glasgow, because he cared. Punk quoted a famous Bill Cosby line by saying he brought Seth Rollins into this business, and he can take him out. This was similar to Seth Rollins' segment last week where a big star made a token appearance to plug a SmackDown segment after saying little else. Before the match, Cathy Kelly teased the seemingly ludicrous idea that Penta could join the Judgment Day, who appeared ringside. Glasgow was unanimously behind Penta, but Bron Breakker dominated early. The contest was much more even by the time WWE came back from break, with dueling chants of 'let's go Penta' mixed in with barking. Penta countered a Breakker Fireman's carry with a Backstabber, which was Carlito's old move. The main event resulted in a DQ after Dominik Mysterio attacked Bron Breakker. Finn Balor came out of nowhere with a steel chair to Breakker as Bron was fighting back. Dom gave the chair to Penta, who had just been screwed out of an IC title. Dom's character really doesn't think things through. He got super kicked for his troubles. The Judgment Day ultimately laid out both Penta and Breakker as Raw went off the air.

WWE Raw: UK special start time, live stream and confirmed match card
For the second straight week, Cody Rhodes and John Cena will once again be under the same roof as WWE Raw takes place in Glasgow, Scotland on Monday. Last week, Cena made his first appearance on WWE television since winning the Men's Elimination Chamber match to earn a Undisputed Championship match at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas and he sought to address the shocking turn of events at the conclusion of the Premium Live Event (PLE). After 20+ years of adopting a hero persona, Cena did what many believed was unthinkable and aligned himself with 'The Final Boss' The Rock, attacking Rhodes in the process to rubber-stamp his turn. Though, instead of explaining his decision to side with The Rock, or discuss his desire to become a World Champion for a record 17th time, Cena berated the WWE Universe, in Brussels, Belgium saying he was breaking up every single person whether they like him or not. Are @JohnCena's feelings valid? 🤔 — WWE (@WWE) March 19, 2025 This brought out Rhodes for an intense face-to-face and the current Undisputed Champion made it clear he is not intimidated by this current version of Cena as he remarked: 'I want to wrestle John Cena, not this whiny b****.' What will be Cena's response on Monday as the road to WrestleMania continues? Will Cena provide insight to his partnership with The Rock? What will the Glasgow crowd make of Cena? In addition to that, one huge championship match has been confirmed for Monday Night Raw as Lyra Valkyria defends the Women's Intercontinental Title against one half of the Women's Tag Team Champions, Raquel Rodriguez. If that's not enough, CM Punk - fresh off brawling with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins on Smackdown - will be in the house as he reacts to the WrestleMania triple threat match being made official. .@WWERollins, @WWERomanReigns and @CMPunk will battle it out in a Triple Threat Match at #WrestleMania!🎟️ — WWE (@WWE) March 22, 2025 Jey Uso, the number one contender for Gunther's World Heavyweight Championship, and a mystery partner will take on the team of Austin Theory and Grayson Waller A.K.A 'A-Town Down Under'. Speculation has been running rampant as to who is joining forces with Uso, but there's only one way to find out the identity of his partner. And with that said, here's everything you need to know about the March 24th episode of WWE Raw For the second straight week WWE Raw will begin at a special start time for UK viewers. This is because the show is being broadcast live from Glasgow, Scotland as part of WWE's European tour. In the UK, coverage is scheduled to start at 8pm GMT on Monday 24, March 2025. This marks a significant change as previously whenever WWE aired shows from Europe in the UK, they'd air on a delay to fit with the United States broadcast times which would have been 1am for the UK audience. However, that's all changed with the Netflix deal. Live stream: In the UK, WWE Monday Night Raw can be watched and streamed live on Netflix. A standard subscription costs £4.99 a month and it can be cancelled at any time. Women's Intercontinental Championship: Lyra Valkyria vs. Raquel Rodriguez Jey Uso & TBC vs. A-Town Down Under *Card is subject to change.
