Diddy's ex returns to court after tearful admission about drug-fuelled sex

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' ex-girlfriend has returned to court today to resume her testimony for day 17 of the rapper's lengthy trial. At the Manhattan federal court, the anonymous 'Jane Doe' – a moniker assigned for her safety – yesterday spoke of her time with the media mogul and their "hotel nights", in which he allegedly welcomed other men into their bed. She also claimed she was always offered drugs when she had sex with Combs. and that they took ecstasy, molly, cocaine, and ketamine. Sean 'Diddy' Combs, 55, is currently facing a number of serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. He was arrested in September and strongly denies all allegations made against him. He has been in prison since his arrest, and a number of bail requests have been rejected. For more info visit Jane testified that during multiple 'hotel nights,' she asked Diddy if the men he instructed her to sleep with could use condoms. According to her, he typically brushed off the request. One such incident was captured on video, which recorded a conversation between Jane, Combs, and a man named Don. In the footage, Jane could be heard asking Don to use protection - until Combs stepped in, clearly disapproving of the idea. During questioning by prosecutor Maurene Comey, Jane was asked why she felt the need to get Combs' permission for condom use. Her voice wavered as she replied that she was 'still trying to process' that reality. She explained that she didn't push the issue, because upsetting Combs wasn't an option. 'Unhappy,' she said, is how he would be if she insisted. When asked why there was a recording of the night, Jane responded: 'Because Sean liked recording me and the entertainers.' In her testimony, Jane recounted a trip she took to Las Vegas with Diddy sometime in 2023. According to her, she traveled aboard Combs' private jet, and the pair spent what she described as a 'hotel night' together. During the proceedings, Jane confirmed that she had sexual relations with an 'entertainer.' She elaborated on this term during her testimony, explaining that 'entertainers' referred to various men she was instructed to sleep with at Combs' request. Jane also revealed the language Combs would use when referring to her. She testified that he often called her a 'freak,' using phrases like 'he wants his freak.' When asked what that meant, Jane explained it was his way of telling her he expected her to be 'wild and sexual.' Diddy's ex-girlfriend 'Jane' - who is using a psudonym to protect her identity - is back on the stand. Her testimony with the prosecution will now resume. Diddy's ex-girlfriend 'Jane' appeared in the witness box for the first time on Thursday. The beginning of her testimony came after that of Cassie Ventura's friend Bryana Bongolan, who invoked her Fifth Amendment right not to self-incriminate. Bongolan was cross-examined by the defense over her claims Diddy dangled her over a balcony for around 15 seconds. She previously told the court that she still has nightmares from the incident and is seeking $10million in her lawsuit against Diddy. Bongolan had also claimed that Diddy gave her drugs a few times. When asked by the defense if she was lying, Bongolan insisted she testified truthfully during the case and said she acknowledged she didn't recall every detail. However, in the closing the redirect examination, she said she had "no doubt" that Diddy held her over the balcony. Prior to Jane's appearance on the stand, Judge Arun Subramanian reprimanded Diddy for attempting to interact with the jury. 'I could not have been any clearer in terms of what I said,' the judge told him. 'Well, there was a line of questioning when your client was nodding vigorously and looking at the jury." He was assured the behaviour wouldn't continue. Jane then took to the witness stand, claiming she was "head over heels" with Combs and that they were in an open relationship until his arrest. She told the court that Combs paid her rent, but suggested that he would stop if they split.

For more info visit Judge Arun Subramanian has ruled that exhibits taken into evidence during Jane's testimony won't be shown on video in order to protect her identity. Jane, who is using a court-approved pseudonym, was dated the music mogul and was allegedly sex-trafficked by him. She was granted the video request yesterday after it was suggested it would help avoid the risk of her identity being revealed. Court has now commenced. Forensic video expert Frank Piazza is expected to be the first witness called to the stand today. It will likely be focused on the CCTV footage from LA's InterContinental Hotel in 2016, where Diddy was seen attacking Cassie by the lifts. Fashion designer Bryana 'Bana' Bongolan, who sued Diddy after he allegedly dangled her out of a 17th-story balcony, is set to testify. Combs' third and final alleged victim, who dated the music mogul, is also set to take to the stand. Her testimony could last up to five days, the prosecution has said. It was an explosive start to proceedings on Tuesday as a woman was removed from court after screaming, "Diddy, these m*****f*****s laughing at you." Judge Arun Subramanian also promptly banned a man for breaching a court order by referring to alleged victim Mia by her real name on YouTube. Eddy Garcia, who worked at LA's InterContinental Hotel in 2016, took to the stand and testified under an immunity order. Security footage obtained by CNN showed Diddy attacking Cassie Ventura at the hotel that year in front of the lift. He went on to claim that Diddy's chief of staff Kristina Khorram pressed for footage of the incident. Garcia claims that Diddy himself personally asked for the video and feared it could "ruin him". He went on to allege that his boss agreed to give the music mogul the footage for $50,000. Combs Enterprise's former head of finance Derek Ferguson also testified in compliance with a subpoena. A jury was shown Diddy's bank statements from December 2011, showing that his account transferred $20,000 to Cassie on December 14, the amount of $20,000 sent to his account from Broderick Ventura (Cassie's dad) and then the same amount returned to Broderick's account on December 17. Ferguson also claimed while being cross-examined that he never saw anyone help Diddy commit crimes. He also claimed that Diddy's employees were a "very close-knit group". The jury was then dismissed for the day.

For more info visit Cassie Ventura reportedly went into labour on Tuesday after testifying in the sex trafficking trial of her ex P Diddy. The rapper is facing a number of serious charges - including racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. Diddy's ex-girlfriend Cassie, who is pregnant with her third child, took to the stand last week and according to TMZ, the singer has been rushed to a New York hospital to give birth. Following the jury's departure on Tuesday, the government confirmed that it would be calling an LA Police Department officer, n Los Angeles fire department arson investigator and stylist Deonte Nash to the stand. Diddy's alleged victim and former assistant 'Mia' is also being called to testify. Diddy's defense team raised concerns on Tuesday that call restrictions at his prison do not give them enough time to speak to him after the trial wraps for the day. He is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. Judge Arun Subramanian said he believes there is a disconnect between the prison and the defence team and he would help come up with a solution. Sean 'Diddy' Combs' former PA Capricorn Clark's testimony took longer than expected to wrap up on Tuesday after she broke down in tears during her cross-examination by defense attorney Marc Agnifilo. The jury were excused by Judge Arun Subramanian almost 30 minutes past the usual 3pm finish time. During her time on the stand, Clark testified that Combs kidnapped her at gunpoint and broke into love rival and rapper Kid Cudi's home in a plot to kill him. Kid Cudi - whose legal name is Scott Mescudi - told the court last week about his relationship with Combs' ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. He also spoke about an alleged break-in at his LA home, which he believed Combs orchestrated alongside an incident which saw his Porsche damaged by a Molotov cocktail. While she was cross-examined by the defense, Clark cried as she reflected on emails she sent Diddy in 2014 and 2015, pleading for his forgiveness. She said that she was initially fired in 2012 after taking a holiday, but believed Diddy fired her as he was upset over her knowing about Cassie and Kid Cudi's relationship. Capricorn told the court she felt as though she was a "protector" for Diddy as he had nobody other than her looking out for him. "That email is me pleading like, dude let it go," she told the court. She said she was initially hurt because she believed that Cassie wanted her to be fired.
