Festival season is back once again for 2025, with Longitude returning to Marlay Park in south Dublin this weekend, with a jam-packed line-up for festivalgoers. David Guetta and 50 Cent are headliners this year, playing on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Joining David Guetta on Saturday will be Belters Only, AJ Tracey, and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, while on Saturday, alongside 50 Cen,t will be Sonny Fodera, blk., and Hannah Laing. A host of talent from both Ireland and abroad will also grace the stages over the weekend. Longitude takes place at Marlay Park in Dublin on Saturday, July 5th, and Sunday, July 6th, 2025. What time should I arrive? Gates open at 1.30pm on both days, with the coach and cark park opening at 12.30pm and the first act on stage at roughly 2pm. Bars open at 1.30pm and stay open until 10pm. Organisers urge attendees to plan and book return travel arrangements in advance, allowing at least an extra three hours travel time to and from the venue. As traffic and parking delays are inevitable yo,u are encouraged to walk, cycle, or avail of the transport and coach services. Promoters do not operate transport to and from the venue, so if you're going, it's up to you to arrange this in advance. By bus: Marathon Coaches are operating a return bus service from the City Centre direct to the Marlay Park Coach Park. Buses depart from Northwall Quay. Tickets can be purchased here. A number of national and regional operators are providing bus services to Longitude. Tickets can be purchased in advance online, and for more details see here . Coach and bus parking will be facilitated within the grounds of Marlay Park, access is via the College Road. By Luas: Take the Luas Green line from the City Centre to Dundrum and Balally. Both Luas stations are a 35-minute walk to Marlay Park. The shuttle bus from Dundrum Luas station to Marlay Park will run every 30 minutes from 12pm. Tickets can be purchased here . By bike: There will be a free secure cycle parking facility located within the car park at College Road, but you mist bring your own bike lock. By car: Limited parking is available in Marlay Park, and traffic and parking delays are inevitable. Attendees are urged to plan their route in advance and to follow event signage. Organisers have asked festival-goers not to park illegally in areas surrounding Marlay Park, in local estates or outside local residences. Parking enforcement rules will be in operation, and there is a chance your vehicle will be clamped or towed. Pick-up and drop-off area: The Supervalu car park on Balinteer Avenue is the organiser's recommended drop-off and collection point. Attendees getting picked up by family and friends after the events are advised that road closures are in place on the roads surrounding Marlay Park. By taxi: After the event, there will be a taxi pick-up area on Brehon Field Road, but the promoter has said they cannot guarantee there will be taxis available after the event. It is also not recommended for passengers to use rickshaws. Are there any tickets left? At the time of writing, there are still some day tickets and weekend tickets available on Buy your tickets from official sources only, though. To help avoid entry delays, download, print, or save your ticket before arriving at the concerts. Make sure your phone remains charged for the day if that is where your ticket is. Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted. Can I use cash? All bars in the venue will be cashless, but food vendors will take both cash and card payments. What's the story with security? No overnight or early queuing is allowed, and attendees are asked to respect local residents and other park users by not engaging in anti-social behaviour. An Garda Síochána will have a presence at all event entrances and throughout the site, and will operate a zero tolerance policy on anti-social behaviour like on-street drinking and urinating, etc. Anyone found to be intoxicated will be refused entry or removed from the site without a refund. Allow plenty of time for concert entry procedures, ticket checks and searches. Everyone will be subject to a search permissible under law, and additional security checks may take place once you're inside the venue. No alcohol or drinks are allowed into the venue, except for water and soft drinks in sealed plastic bottles up to 500ml. Empty reusable plastic bottles are permitted, though, and there will be drinking water points on-site. Backpacks, large handbags, bags over A4 size, garden furniture, deckchairs, fold up chairs or shooting sticks, umbrellas, selfie sticks, flares/fireworks, laser pens, megaphone/air horns, aerosols, spray cans, smoke & gas canisters, nitrous oxide & any associated equipment, glass, and drones, are just some items not allowed into the venue. For the full list, click here. Items left unattended will be removed and disposed of accordingly, and there are no storage facilities on site. Confiscated items will not be returned. There may be strobe lighting, lasers and pyrotechnics used at the events. Under 16's must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian over 25, who takes full responsibility and remains with them throughout the event. Unaccompanied under 16's will be refused entry without a refund, and attendance of those aged under five is not recommended. All attendees must have a ticket, regardless of age. There will be a strict Challenge 21 policy on site, and only a passport, driving licence or Garda age card will be accepted for the purchase of alcohol and tobacco products. Can I take photos at the festival? Yes, but only with a smartphone or small camera. Professional cameras with a detachable lens and any other recording equipment are banned. What's the weather giving? At the time of writing, no rain is expected on Saturday, with temperatures forecast to be between 13 and 21 degrees. Only a bit of sun is expected, though, with clouds forecast for most of the day. On Sunday, rain is forecast during the afternoon and evening, with temperatures ranging between 11 and 18 degrees. Regardless, dress appropriately for all Irish weather, as Longitude is an outdoor standing event, and check the weather on the day before you leave. Think suncream, a raincoat or a poncho, wellies, boots or runners, and layers, but remember, no umbrellas.
