ARCHER COUNTY (KFDX/KJTL) — The Archer County Sheriff's Office is searching for a suspect in an alleged early morning robbery. According to a Facebook post made by the ACSO, they are asking the public to Be On the Look Out (BOLO) for a black male last seen wearing a white shirt and jeans in the FM 368 and Highway 25 area. The suspect could be headed toward Holliday. He is a suspect in an early morning robbery, but is believed to be unarmed. Do not approach. (KRON) — A 19-year-old Livermore resident was arrested on May 21 for the possession of illegal fireworks, the Alameda County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) announced on Wednesday. The suspect, identified as Juan Carlos Cruz Jr., had 258 pounds of illegal fireworks. Investigators were monitoring social media for any signs of illegal activity related to fireworks. They later found Cruz was also in possession of a 'controlled substance with the intent to sell and ammunition.' According to the Livermore Fire Department, all fireworks — including 'safe and sane' — are illegal in the city and unincorporated Alameda County. 'The use of illegal fireworks presents a significant danger to public safety, posing serious risks of injury and fire,' ACSO wrote. Photos of the items seized by ACSO that were allegedly in Cruz's possession can be viewed below. ( — A 35-year-old woman was arrested on Monday in connection with an attempted homicide, according to the Amador County Sheriff's Office. Deputies could not initially find the involved person when they arrived, but they were later notified that the Sutter Amador Hospital was treating a victim with a stab wound. Deputies and sheriff's office detectives responded to the report. ACSO discovered the suspect to be Brittnee Marie Casey of Jackson, who was on active post-release community supervision out of Calaveras County. The sheriff's office and the Calaveras County Probation Department discovered she had cut off the ankle monitor that was assisting with her supervision. AMHERST COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — Amherst County Sheriff's Office is looking for the public's help to locate a child. They say they got a call around 6:30 p.m. Saturday evening about a toddler spotted alone on a roadway. The caller said they were driving on Route 163 near the Arbor Ct. apartments when they 'almost hit the child who was apparently startled and went into a small wooded area,' according to ACSO. They say multiple resources are searching for the child, who's described as a roughly 2-year-old Black boy wearing a green t-shirt. (KRON) — The Alameda County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) is asking for the public's help to solve a 22-year-old cold case where a 22-year-old man was killed in a drive-by shooting. 'American Nightmare' kidnapper sentenced for South Bay crimes The sheriff's office said on March 28, 2003, at about 12:40 a.m., Angelo Ravella was being driven home by a friend when an unknown suspect shot into the passenger side of the vehicle, murdering him. Deputies said the suspect's vehicle was described as a 'dark colored mid to full size car, similar to a 1980's vintage Cadillac.' The car may have contained four to five people at the time and was last seen speeding southbound on Via Chiquita in San Lorenzo, according to ACSO. The suspect was described as a Caucasian or Hispanic male, between 18 to 25 years old, wearing a black beanie cap with possible facial hair. Anyone with information on the case is urged to speak with Cold Case Homicide Unit investigators at (510) 667-3661. Witnesses can also submit anonymous tips at (510) 667-3622.
