Dubai South Properties Launches South Square as S4 Tower Sells Out in Hours
Dubai South Properties has unveiled South Square, a luxury residential project strategically located along Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road, near the upcoming terminal at Al Maktoum International Airport.
The launch has already seen a striking response, with all units in the S4 Tower selling out within just three hours.
The development will offer 550 apartments and is set for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028. Designed with modern living in mind, South Square promises spacious homes and wellness-centric amenities in a location that connects easily to major roads and Dubai's new airport hub.
