K-pop Icon G-Dragon Live In KL; Ticketing & Seating Plans Announced
K-pop icon G-Dragon (권지용) has released his highly anticipated third studio album, and his first full-length solo project in over a decade, 'Übermensch'. To support the new album, the BIGBANG member will embark on a world tour, with one of his upcoming performances scheduled for the 2025 Singapore Grand Prix. Earlier in March, Galaxy Corporation and AEG Presents Asia officially announced the G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch], with Malaysia confirmed as one of the stops. Since the announcement, fans have been eagerly awaiting further details, and now, answers to their questions are finally starting to emerge. According to the initial announcement, the first phase of the upcoming tour will include eight major cities across Asia, beginning with two nights at the iconic Tokyo Dome this May. Malaysian fans were over the moon after learning that G-Dragon will also be taking to the stage in Kuala Lumpur, not for one, but two nights! Over the long weekend, the organisers finally released more details on ticket sales, seating plans, and fan benefits for the upcoming show. HLB pre-sales will follow on 27th May (Tuesday) at 3pm and run until 2:59pm on 28th May (Wednesday). General sales will open on Thursday (29th May) from 2pm onwards. G-Dragon's 2025 Übermensch tour to hit Malaysia with back-to-back KL concerts in July
KUALA LUMPUR, March 19 — K-pop icon G-Dragon, who gained global fame as the leader of BIGBANG, is bringing his 2025 Übermensch world tour to Malaysia. The concert will take place at Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil on July 19 and 20, said AEG Presents Asia — a partner for the gig — in an announcement on Instagram. View this post on Instagram A post shared by AEG Presents Asia (@aegpresentsasia) Phase 1 of the tour will begin in Tokyo on May 10 and 11, with additional stops in Bulacan, Osaka, Macau, Taipei, Jakarta, and Hong Kong. Prior to the international leg, G-Dragon will open the tour with a two-day show in Goyang, South Korea, on March 29 and 30. This marks G-Dragon's first solo world tour in eight years, following his 2017 tour, which drew 650,000 fans across 36 performances. Fans can expect performances of his latest releases, including Power, Home Sweet Home, Too Bad, and Drama.
