Look at the shots I took from all the guys I fought at middleweight. No one knocked me out. Nobody knocked me out at middleweight, and I fought all the best guys. [Robert] Whittaker, Dricus [du Plessis], all them guys, [Kelvin] Gastelum. I laughed at everyone and I've got a f***ing chin. You got battered by Mike Perry, and let me just tell ya, I'm not even looking for the Mike Perry fight now. He's that much of a bum. He's the biggest bum out there. He's a bum." Luke Rockhold:"I can move better than anybody… on my feet. I can hit harder than anybody with both of my hands and I am working hard and I ain't getting tired. I think people have got a false representation of my last fight in the UFC. Obviously, I looked tired and old… I was f****** off for three years. During COVID, I was living like Darren Till. These last three or four years since, I have been working hard. I have a here and there, but I wake up the next morning, I run and work and I am diligently being a better man everyday and I am in shape. I am excited to go out there and perform."

Video: Darren Till, Luke Rockhold physical in Misfits Boxing faceoff; Tony Ferguson chill

The first Misfits Boxing 22 faceoff between former UFC stars Darren Till and Luke Rockhold was as intense as you'd expect. Tony Ferguson, on the other hand, was cool as a cucumber. Misfits Boxing 22 takes place Aug. 30 at AO Arena in Manchester, England, and for the first time the main and co-main event fighters came together for a press conference Wednesday. Afterward, they faced off. In short, Till and Rockhold simply could not keep their hands off each other and had to be separated by security. The faceoff between Ferguson and Salt Papi right before that was chill. Rockhold, a former UFC middleweight champion, will make his boxing debut against Till after competing for BKFC in 2023 and Karate Combat in 2024. Ferguson, 41, parted ways with the UFC after a submission loss to Michael Chiesa in August 2024, his record eighth loss in a row. Ferguson was briefly contracted to the quickly-evaporated GFL and had been announced to fight vs. Dillon Danis for the promotion. Ferguson's fight with Salt Papi will be his boxing debut.

Luke Rockhold: Darren Till doesn't belong in a ring or a cage with me

Luke Rockhold says boxing will also be his world against Darren Till. Former middleweight champion Rockhold boxes fellow ex-UFC fighter Darren Till in the Misfits Boxing 22: Ring of Thrones main event on Aug. 30 at AO Arena from Manchester, England. Rockhold has excelled in MMA with his grappling and kicks, but is confident that when he laces up the gloves, he'll find success there as well – even though it's Till who's the more proven boxer after amassing a 3-0 record in exhibition boxing. "I've got a million options if I fight Darren Till – mainly kick him," Rockhold told Submission Radio. "Kick through his head, kick through his body, and then beat him up on the ground. There's a million different options. This will be a little bit more of a level playing field, but I still don't think that Darren Till belongs in a ring or a cage with me. "Darren's tough. He's a tough guy, but he's got a breaking point. I think he's complacent at times, and I think there are going to be openings. I can pressure him. I can hit him. People haven't seen me in the boxing ring. I can move. I can move, and I can hit hard with both hands. I'm nothing like anybody he's faced in recent times." With a win over Till, Rockhold wants to take out the popular names in boxing whom he doesn't think belong. "There's one thing I don't like in this world is just fake, bullshit f*cking people," Rockhold said. "The world is full of pathetic, fake people these days. I'm here, and the only reason I still fight is to fight for the greater good of real man, real sh*t. "I'm going to go out there, and I'm going to put Darren Till down, and I'm going to clean up Jake Paul and all these little f*cking minions. That's where I'm at. I'd like to set the world straight. The world's going in the wrong direction, and what excites me to fight is just to correct the bullsh*t of this world."

‘I managed to get tickets for the big show in Manchester this weekend'

This is the moment we've all dreamed of. If you were in Manchester this weekend you surely felt the anticipation. Bars and restaurants are packed, the Metrolink was rammed, everyone is wearing the merch, young and old all scrambling to get their hands on a ticket. And that's because a very special group have reunited to put on a legendary set of shows that will be talked about for generations. Finally, they've placed their differences aside and are putting on a united front to showcase what they do best and give the people who have adored them for years what they want. There's been no media in the build up. No public 'falling out' to generate hype. This is a show where the group's raw talent simply speaks for itself. I am, of course, talking about Paw Patrol Live: The Great Pirate Adventure, at Manchester's AO Arena. There is a local Burnage act also performing this weekend - but staff around Victoria Station manage to juggle their fans en route to Bury alongside a minor army of parents and kids queueing for the AO Arena brilliantly. It's all very well organised and the atmosphere is quite celebratory and joyous from both parties. The show brings together the key cast of the beloved programme, led by Ryder, to go on a heroic mission to find hidden pirate treasure. And within moments of them marching onto the stage, there is cheering, screaming, furious mopping by staff over spilt drinks from an accident that happened the second the lights went down, and smatterings of tears too from slightly overwhelmed kids. It's a lot. As someone said to us before the show: "this is Oasis for kids". Once the mayhem all settles down though it's a really fun show: panto-on-speed, some very catchy songs and lots of very happy children in the crowd. The biggest cheers are reserved for when the pups come out on their vehicles - we love a vehicle - and the live production manages to have a flavour of the high-octane action scenes that characterise the Nickelodeon TV show which are obviously not easy to reproduce on stage. Many parents upon reaching the interval decide they're going to need a beer to get through this - even if it is almost £10 for a pint - but our three-year-old is utterly mesmerised throughout, so entranced that even his beloved Fruit Shoot doesn't interest him. At times some of the audience-participation segments don't really quite work for an arena the size of the AO, however the cast are really giving it 110%. It's a sugar-rush of an afternoon, lasting just over an hour-and-a-half plus a 20-minute break in the middle, and a great treat for kids over the summer. PAW Patrol Live! is on a roll – and coming to cities all across the UK this summer. Tickets are available now from

Tony Ferguson to box Salt Papi on card headlined by Darren Till vs. Luke Rockhold

Tony Ferguson has his first bout set post-UFC. The former interim UFC lightweight champion will make his boxing debut Aug. 30 at AO Arena in Manchester, England, as he battles social media influencer Salt Papi in a middleweight boxing bout at Misfits Boxing 22: Ring of Thrones. The fight will serve as the co-main event to a boxing clash between former UFC stars Darren Till and Luke Rockhold. The promotion announced both bookings on social media Wednesday. Ferguson, 41, parted ways with the UFC after a submission loss to Michael Chiesa in August 2024. The defeat was his eighth in a row and his fifth finish loss in that stretch. Ferguson was briefly contracted to the quickly-evaporated GFL, and had been announced to fight vs. Dillon Danis for the promotion. Salt Papi, 31, whose real name is Nathaniel Bustamante, rose to fame through YouTube and TikTok, amassing millions of followers. He's competed seven times in influencer boxing, compiling a 6-2 record, largely against other influencers. Till, 32, has gone 3-0 in exhibition boxing since he requested his UFC release in 2023. He most recently competed in May when he defeated fellow UFC alum Darren Stewart by unanimous decision at Misfits Boxing 21. Rockhold, 32, departed the UFC in 2022 after a battle with Paulo Costa. He fought Mike Perry in April 2023 for BKFC and lost by second-round TKO, before a violent knockout win over Joe Schilling in Karate Combat in April 2024. Rockhold has remained active in the world of grappling since his UFC release. The upcoming bout will be his boxing debut.
