The number of cargo units decreased by 10.2% to 19,519 units and the number of passenger vehicles increased by 0.6% to 112,209 units compared to the same period a year ago. ESTONIA – SWEDEN The July Estonia-Sweden results reflect the operations of the Tallinn-Stockholm (the cruise ferry Baltic Queen) and the Paldiski-Kapellskär (the passenger vessel Superfast IX) routes. A year ago, the Paldiski-Kapellskär route was operated by two cargo vessels – Sailor and Regal Star. Also, the Tallinn-Stockholm route was operated by two cruise ferries, Baltic Queen and Victoria I, from 31 May to 31 August 2024. AS Tallink Grupp Statistics for March and the First Quarter of 2025
In March 2025 AS Tallink Grupp transported 322,717 passengers, which is a 21.0% decrease compared to March 2024. The number of cargo units decreased by 30.1% to 20,737 units and the number of passenger vehicles decreased by 11.9% to 47,776 units compared to the same period a year ago. The year-on-year change in the volume of passengers and vehicles transported should be evaluated taking into account the impact of Easter holidays, which in 2024 were in March. In the first quarter of the year (January – March) AS Tallink Grupp transported 970,359 passengers, which is a 12.0% decrease compared to the previous year. The number of transported cargo units decreased by 31.9% to 57,830 units and the number of passenger vehicles decreased by 10.9% to 135,829 units compared to the same period a year ago. The Tallinn-Stockholm route is operated by the cruise ferry Baltic Queen.
