Held every Saturday from 7:45 am to 9:00 am, the workshop is guided by AURA's certified Wim Hof Instructor and combines dynamic movement, breathwork, and ice therapy to help participants activate inner resilience, boost energy, and promote physical recovery. The 75-minute session begins with guided breathwork and meditation, followed by an ice bath immersion to stimulate circulation, enhance immune function, and build mental strength. The morning concludes with a wholesome breakfast served in AURA Skypool's serene indoor lounge — offering a chance to relax, refuel, and connect post-practice. As part of this collaboration, Bioniq will elevate the workshop experience with its premium wellness products.
