Clean Remedies Highlights Commitment to Transparency Through Comprehensive Third-Party Lab Testing

Clean Remedies, a CBD and THC company, is highlighting the rigorous third-party lab testing behind all its products. AVON, OH, UNITED STATES, July 8, 2025 / / -- Clean Remedies, a family-owned CBD and THC company, is highlighting the rigorous third-party lab testing behind all its products. As the conversation around hemp-derived goods continues to grow, Clean Remedies aims to help customers with clear, verified information about what they are purchasing and using. The company's third-party lab testing program is designed to provide accessible, detailed lab results for every product in its collection. Each batch undergoes rigorous analysis to ensure consistency, purity, and compliance with federal guidelines. By working with accredited, independent laboratories, Clean Remedies ensures that every item contains the precise levels of ingredients stated on the label, with no unwanted contaminants. Through the online lab results page, customers can easily access Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for all products by scanning a QR code or looking up a batch number. These COAs break down the ingredient profiles and verify that each product remains compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill, which sets legal standards for hemp-derived goods. From the beginning, Clean Remedies has prioritized honesty in labeling, sourcing, and testing. This commitment stems from a belief that hemp-derived products should be crafted with care and backed by evidence that customers can see for themselves. By maintaining a clear chain of testing and documentation, Clean Remedies strives to build confidence and encourage higher standards across the industry. At a time when more consumers are seeking trusted hemp-based options, Clean Remedies sees third-party lab testing as essential. The company's team encourages customers to explore the lab results page to better understand exactly what goes into each item. Looking ahead, Clean Remedies will continue to expand its product offerings and testing procedures in step with evolving industry standards and customer expectations. The case has become a chilling symbol of the ongoing crisis of child trafficking in South Africa. Joshlin Smith vanished and was reportedly sold for R20 000. The court found that Smith, along with two co-accused, conspired in the sale of the child. ALSO READ: You have a legal obligation to report child abuse – State Advocate While WMACA expresses satisfaction with the outcome of the trial, they firmly believe that more individuals were involved who have yet to face justice. 'There was a middleman, and there was a client. Someone wanted something from this child, and we still don't know who they are,' WMACA said. 'There are people who were nearby, who saw or heard things. Too many loose ends remain.' WMACA is calling on those convicted to come forward with the full truth now. With nothing left to lose, they urge the guilty to reveal the identities of any additional accomplices. One of the most disturbing aspects of the case, according to WMACA, is the involvement of Joshlin's mother. 'How does a mother even begin a conversation about selling her child? And how does that conversation lead to a buyer, whether for the entire child or body parts? It's diabolical.' ALSO READ: Bertha Gxowa creates awareness on child abuse Despite the absence of Joshlin's body, WMACA holds the convicted trio fully responsible for her disappearance, whether she is ultimately found alive or dead. 'Nothing less than a life sentence would have been acceptable,' the organisation stated. WMACA acknowledges and praises Judge Erasmus for delivering a sentence that sends a strong message. The organisation mourns that it took such a tragic and horrific case to bring attention to the horrors of child trafficking. 'Justice was served in court, but for Joshlin and countless other children who disappear without a trace, we may never know the full truth. We only wish that a little girl had not met such a gruesome fate for the world to take notice.' At Caxton, we employ humans to generate daily fresh news, not AI intervention. Happy reading!

Are Poor Financial Prospects Dragging Down Avon Technologies Plc (LON:AVON Stock?

It is hard to get excited after looking at Avon Technologies' (LON:AVON) recent performance, when its stock has declined 6.1% over the past month. Given that stock prices are usually driven by a company's fundamentals over the long term, which in this case look pretty weak, we decided to study the company's key financial indicators. In this article, we decided to focus on Avon Technologies' ROE. Return on equity or ROE is an important factor to be considered by a shareholder because it tells them how effectively their capital is being reinvested. In simpler terms, it measures the profitability of a company in relation to shareholder's equity. ROE can be calculated by using the formula: Return on Equity = Net Profit (from continuing operations) ÷ Shareholders' Equity So, based on the above formula, the ROE for Avon Technologies is: 1.8% = US$3.0m ÷ US$167m (Based on the trailing twelve months to September 2024). The 'return' is the amount earned after tax over the last twelve months. So, this means that for every £1 of its shareholder's investments, the company generates a profit of £0.02. See our latest analysis for Avon Technologies Thus far, we have learned that ROE measures how efficiently a company is generating its profits. Depending on how much of these profits the company reinvests or "retains", and how effectively it does so, we are then able to assess a company's earnings growth potential. Generally speaking, other things being equal, firms with a high return on equity and profit retention, have a higher growth rate than firms that don't share these attributes. As you can see, Avon Technologies' ROE looks pretty weak. Not just that, even compared to the industry average of 17%, the company's ROE is entirely unremarkable. Given the circumstances, the significant decline in net income by 22% seen by Avon Technologies over the last five years is not surprising. We reckon that there could also be other factors at play here. Such as - low earnings retention or poor allocation of capital. That being said, we compared Avon Technologies' performance with the industry and were concerned when we found that while the company has shrunk its earnings, the industry has grown its earnings at a rate of 14% in the same 5-year period. Earnings growth is an important metric to consider when valuing a stock. What investors need to determine next is if the expected earnings growth, or the lack of it, is already built into the share price. This then helps them determine if the stock is placed for a bright or bleak future. What is AVON worth today? The intrinsic value infographic in our free research report helps visualize whether AVON is currently mispriced by the market. Avon Technologies' high LTM (or last twelve month) payout ratio of 232% suggests that the company is depleting its resources to keep up its dividend payments, and this shows in its shrinking earnings. Paying a dividend higher than reported profits is not a sustainable move. Additionally, Avon Technologies has paid dividends over a period of at least ten years, which means that the company's management is determined to pay dividends even if it means little to no earnings growth. Our latest analyst data shows that the future payout ratio of the company is expected to drop to 28% over the next three years. The fact that the company's ROE is expected to rise to 15% over the same period is explained by the drop in the payout ratio. Overall, we would be extremely cautious before making any decision on Avon Technologies. The low ROE, combined with the fact that the company is paying out almost if not all, of its profits as dividends, has resulted in the lack or absence of growth in its earnings. With that said, we studied the latest analyst forecasts and found that while the company has shrunk its earnings in the past, analysts expect its earnings to grow in the future.
