Dr Biswajit Choudhury highlights Act East Policy at IPSA World Congress GUWAHATI: In a moment of academic pride for Assam, Dr. Biswajit Choudhury, Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) of Political Science at Handique Girls' College, Guwahati, made a significant international academic contribution at the 28th World Congress of the International Political Science Association (IPSA), held in Seoul, South Korea, from July 12 to 16, 2025.
