Fortnite players around the world are bracing for a temporary shutdown as Epic Games prepares to launch Chapter 6, Season 3, a full-blown Star Wars-themed season titled "Galactic Battle."

Epic Games

Fortnite's content road map for this season includes a series of weekly Star Wars-themed events. "Imperial Takeover" kicks off on May 2, while the season finale live event, "Death Star Sabotage," is scheduled for June 7.
Other events include "The Pull of the Force" on May 8 and "Mandalorian Rising" on May 22.

Epic Games
As part of a new partnership, players who link their Epic Games and MyDisney accounts can unlock a First Order stormtrooper outfit. The offer runs through August 31 and signals broader integration between the two platforms.
