Kiara Jewellery founder and creative director proves that education can break every barrier
Ada Panday entered healthcare through the traditional path, completing an MBBS at Sharda School of Medical Sciences and Research in 2018. She earned an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certificate from the American Heart Association and finished Harvard Medical School's online Fundamentals of Pharmacology course. In 2020, she enrolled in the MSc. Experimental and Translational Therapeutics program at the University of Oxford—all these reinforce her role as an inspirational enabler for women, inspiring them to reach for the stars by means of education.
She then later expanded into business leadership as part of Adavi Shipping LLC in Dubai. She advises companies on ship green-recycling under the Hong Kong Convention framework. Her scope includes SRPs, IHMs, FMPs, and compliance reviews across Europe, Asia, and North America. All these signify the presence of women in heavy industries, proclaiming the fact that they can thrive and entirely succeed in a male-dominated world.
She also leads Kiara Jewellery as Founder and Creative Director, where she gets to balance the toughness and rigidities of shipping with the beauty and splendidness of accessorizing. Interestingly enough, her training in Botox administration through Allergan India beautifully coincides with her expertise in aesthetics, as both celebrate women in all of their physicality and artistic expression.
Ada Panday's enduring journey showcases how a woman can surpass thresholds oftentimes perceived as unreachable, sending a clear message that female prowess is ever-present—thanks to her pushing this reality forward. From healthcare and maritime consultancy to luxury jewellery, she continues uplifting standards that others once tried to restrict. The name Ada Panday is one that stands side to side with all women worldwide in reclaiming the space they rightfully deserve.
