Ada Panday entered healthcare through the traditional path, completing an MBBS at Sharda School of Medical Sciences and Research in 2018. She earned an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certificate from the American Heart Association and finished Harvard Medical School's online Fundamentals of Pharmacology course. In 2020, she enrolled in the MSc. Experimental and Translational Therapeutics program at the University of Oxford—all these reinforce her role as an inspirational enabler for women, inspiring them to reach for the stars by means of education.
She then later expanded into business leadership as part of Adavi Shipping LLC in Dubai. She advises companies on ship green-recycling under the Hong Kong Convention framework.
