Released on May 23, 2025, the film has been receiving widespread praise from viewers, even sparking tears among many. On his social media, Tovino posted a montage of audience clips, including reactions from celebrities, showing people with tearful eyes as they exited screenings. On Day 5 (Tuesday), the film collected Rs 1.09 crore, maintaining steady momentum after Monday's Rs 1.2 crore. While the film saw a decline from its weekend highs — with Rs 1.65 crore on Friday, Rs 1.85 crore on Saturday, and Rs 2.25 crore on Sunday — it has successfully avoided a major drop, only seeing a 46% decrease on Monday.
