Adobe Commerce offers customizable architecture and scalability Expert development improves performance, user experience, and security Best practices include mobile optimization, faster websites, and SEO focus Choosing the right development partner is crucial Adobe Commerce supports both B2B and B2C models with advanced features Adobe Commerce is an advanced e-commerce platform with many features to help businesses create great online shopping experiences. It's flexible, scalable, and customizable, making it good for businesses of all sizes. Adobe Commerce provides tools to build, manage, and grow sophisticated online stores for both B2B and B2C markets. Key features of Adobe Commerce include: Customizable architecture for specific business needs Scalability for growing businesses AI-powered product recommendations Omnichannel capabilities Advanced B2B functionality Robust content management system (CMS) Powerful analytics and reporting tools Adobe Commerce development is important for businesses wanting a strong e-commerce presence. Here's why it's essential: With custom development, businesses can create unique themes, improve user interfaces, and enhance functionality to match their needs. This helps brands stand out online. Adobe Commerce's flexible architecture allows developers to create solutions that fit a company's brand, audience, and goals. They can make custom product configurators, unique checkout processes, and more. Good Adobe Commerce development ensures faster load times, better search engine optimization (SEO), and improved user experience. These factors are important for attracting and keeping customers. Skilled developers can use advanced caching techniques, optimize databases, and use content delivery networks (CDNs) to make sites faster and more responsive. This makes users happier and can improve search engine rankings, leading to more traffic and sales. E-commerce security is very important. Adobe Commerce development includes setting up secure payment gateways, protecting data, and following industry rules. This builds trust with customers and protects your business. Developers can add security measures like SSL certificates, two-factor authentication, and regular security checks. They can also make sure your store follows rules like GDPR, PCI DSS, and CCPA, which is important if you sell in different countries. Adobe Commerce can work with many other apps, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and APIs. This creates a connected system that makes operations smoother and more efficient. Skilled developers can connect Adobe Commerce with inventory management systems, shipping providers, marketing tools, and more. These connections allow real-time data sharing, automate processes, and give a complete view of business operations, leading to better decision-making and efficiency. To make the most of Adobe Commerce, consider these best practices: Decide between custom solutions and ready-made options based on your business needs. Custom development offers more flexibility but might take more time and money. Think about your business needs, budget, and timeline to choose the best approach. Sometimes, a mix of pre-built modules and custom development might work best. With more people shopping on phones, it's important to make your store look good and work well on all devices. Focus on creating a smooth mobile experience, including easy-to-use interfaces, simple navigation, and fast-loading images on mobile networks. Think about using progressive web app (PWA) technology to give an app-like experience without needing to download an app. Use caching techniques, optimize images, and use content delivery networks (CDNs) to make your site faster. Fast-loading pages lead to better user experiences and more sales. Use Adobe Commerce's built-in caching, load images and content only when needed, and optimize JavaScript and CSS files. Regularly check and test your site's performance to find and fix any slow parts, especially during busy times. Use structured data, optimize meta tags, and create easy navigation to improve your store's visibility in search engines and make it easier for users. Use Adobe Commerce's SEO-friendly features like customizable URLs, XML sitemaps, and meta information management. Also, create a logical site structure, use faceted search for easy product finding, and optimize page load times to keep visitors on your site and improve search rankings. Improved site speed and loading times through caching techniques and CDNs Ability to handle increased traffic and expand as business grows Tailored solutions to meet specific business needs and improve customer satisfaction Advanced security measures to protect sensitive data and transactions Picking the right development partner is crucial for your Adobe Commerce project. Here are some things to think about when choosing partners: Experience with Adobe Commerce: Look for partners who have successfully completed Adobe Commerce projects Portfolio of past projects: Check their previous work to see if they have experience in your industry Technical expertise and support services: Make sure they have certified Adobe Commerce developers and offer good support Understanding of e-commerce best practices: Choose a partner who can give strategic advice, not just technical help Ability to integrate with existing systems: Check if they can connect Adobe Commerce with other business systems you use How do you handle security and scalability in Adobe Commerce projects? What's your process for supporting and updating Adobe Commerce stores after launch? Can you show me examples of successful Adobe Commerce projects similar to what we need? How do you make sure the site performs well? How do you stay up-to-date with the latest Adobe Commerce features and best practices? Pinterest projects revenue above estimates as AI tools boost ad spend; shares jump
Pinterest forecast first-quarter revenue above market estimates on Thursday, betting on the image-sharing platform's artificial intelligence-powered advertising tools to boost ad spend, sending its shares up 19% in extended trading. The forecast followed better-than-expected record monthly active users and revenue during the fourth quarter, thanks to a robust holiday shopping season. Advertisers turn to Pinterest for its AI-driven ad tools such as Performance+ suite, designed to help advertisers better target users with automation features. "Our strategy is paying off. People are coming to Pinterest more often, the platform has never been more actionable," CEO Bill Ready said in a statement. Rising Gen Z users and new shoppable content have made the platform more lucrative for marketers. That is bolstered by Pinterest's third-party ad deals with Google and which are expanding and helping the company to diversify its revenue streams. "Pinterest has strong global engagement, but the ad dollars are still disproportionately tied to North America," said Jeremy Goldman, senior director of briefings at eMarketer. "Expanding third-party ad integrations could open up new revenue streams, but execution here has historically been slow." Ecommerce merchants such as those on Shopify or Adobe Commerce can integrate their products into Pinterest by using platform-specific extensions that are offered by the company. Its first-quarter revenue forecast of $837 million to $852 million was above analysts' average estimate of $832.8 million, according to data compiled by LSEG. The company expects adjusted core earnings of $155 million to $170 million, above the average estimate of $140.8 million. Global monthly active users on the platform were at an all-time high of 553 million, exceeding estimates of 545.8 million. They rose 11% from a year earlier. Revenue in the fourth quarter ended December 31 grew 18% to $1.15 billion, compared with estimates of $1.14 billion. Adjusted profit per share of 56 cents missed estimates of 65 cents due to certain tax adjustments in the quarter. (Reporting by Jaspreet Singh in Bengaluru; Editing by Maju Samuel)
