The reality TV star's journey in the show came to an end in the 3rd week, after the timing placed him in a vulnerable position. Adrian Rocha on his Big Brother eviction While in an interview with the media portal, Rocha shared that his eviction was 'a series of unfortunate events.' He further shared that a mixture of cautious decisions and strategic doubts placed him on the block. The reality TV star went on to mention that despite playing what he considers an honest game, he was ousted by the housemates. 'People will use any reason to put you up on the block to create a target. Especially early on.' Rocha explained. Moreover, Adrian shared that his co-contestant, Kelly Jorgensen, went on to plant the early seeds of doubts, which made it easier for others to question his intentions. The TV star continued to say, 'I feel like a lot of the Houseguests wanted me to stay and wanted to work with me, simply because I played an honest game.' Adrian Rocha went on to be one of the contestants, one of only five to have been nominated for the eviction. With his increased visibility in the house, Rocha was seen as a potential threat in the game. As for Big Brother, the show is currently in its 27th season, where the participants bring back the tension, drama, tears, and friends to the screens. Big Brother season 27 is available to stream on the CBS network.

‘Big Brother 27' star Adrian Rocha reveals who he feels most betrayed by after ‘devastating' eviction
There's no loyalty on 'Big Brother 27.' Adrian Rocha was the third person axed from the house after being betrayed back-to-back by his allies. First, Lauren Domingue nominated Rocha to stay in the other side of the house's good graces. Then, Vince Panaro and Zach Cornell voted him out to avoid a tie vote that Domingue would've had to break. Advertisement 'It was so devastating for me,' the 23-year-old carpenter exclusively told The Post after his eviction. 'Leaving the house, I feel like I lost the opportunity of a lifetime. I just felt like I had so much game to give.' 8 Adrian Rocha during his 'Big Brother' eviction episode. CBS 8 Adrian Rocha in his interview with The Post. The New York Post Advertisement Rocha explained that he feels 'more betrayed' by Panaro and Cornell despite his admitted frustrations with Domingue for nominating him. 'It was more of a surprise at the moment, right? Versus Lauren, I knew she was struggling,' he said. 'As soon as she got to HOH, I was like, 'What the flip you mean you're potentially thinking of putting me up?' But as long as none of The Bond went up, we had the numbers to keep whoever we wanted, even if Kelley was sitting on the block. But she was just too scared to make a move. And that wasn't surprising.' 8 Lauren Domingue on 'Big Brother 27.' CBS 8 Vince Panaro on 'Big Brother 27.' CBS Advertisement 8 Zach Cornell on 'Big Brother 27.' CBS 'But Vince and Zach… that was surprising because I thought I had them in my corner,' Rocha added. 'I needed to secure a tie, but I guess it was too risky for Vince to draw that line in the sand. And Zach didn't want to put a target on him and Lauren. I'm like, bro, I thought you said you weren't gonna simp over a girl!' 8 Adrian Rocha on 'Big Brother 27.' CBS Rocha, who said in his eviction interview with Julie Chen Moonves he wanted to target former winner Rachel Reilly, also called out the rest of the cast for being 'too sacred to make moves.' Advertisement 8 The cast of 'Big Brother 27.' CBS 'There is really no loyalty,' he told The Post. 'And that's one of the reasons why they don't want to draw the line in the sand. I felt that Vince was throwing HOHs because he was so well insulated. Zach probably didn't want to win too much unless he felt threatened by who was still in the competition. So then it really felt like I had to win because my alliances wouldn't want to take that shot. And if I had took that shot, then they wouldn't want me playing the middle. They would want to go on the winning side, which would have been mine.' 8 Adrian Rocha after his eviction on 'Big Brother.' CBS 'But yeah, there wasn't much loyalty in the house,' Rocha continued. 'Everyone's playing chicken. They want to play it safe and and the thing is, eventually the numbers will dwindle. Kelley and Keanu keep taking themselves off, forcing the houseguest to have to take a real shot at one side. Eventually they will have to. But I wasn't afraid to make that line right now.' 'Big Brother' airs Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8 pm ET on CBS and Paramount+.

‘I was ready to cause some mayhem if I stayed' — Adrian reflects on his emotional ‘Big Brother' eviction
The following interview contains spoilers. Read at your own risk! Adrian Rocha's Big Brother journey came to an emotional end on Thursday night. The 23-year-old carpenter from San Antonio was evicted in an 8-4 vote over Will Williams, following Lauren Domingue's reign as Head of Household. His exit sparked an outpouring of tears from several houseguests, including Will and Ava Pearl — who had played a key role in orchestrating his eviction. More from Gold Derby 'Australian Survivor vs. The World' premiere date and cast photos: 'King' George Mladenov, Cirie Fields, Parvati Shallow ... Emmys 2025: Every episode submission for comedy, drama, limited nominees "I was super devastated. I don't know if that was obvious or not," he tells Gold Derby with a chuckle. "I feel a little bit better today. I get to see my family soon, so I'm happy about that. It's just disappointing because I had so much game to play. I had some of the best strategies for some of the most iconic comps, and I was ready!" Adrian had, quite literally, been training for his Big Brother experience for years — even building replicas of the show's famous competitions to practice with in his backyard. One comp in particular, the infamous wall endurance challenge, was his dream to conquer. "I wanted that wall comp so bad," he says. "I trained so much for it. There's a lot more strategy involved than people think. It's a lot of shoulders, a lot of forearms, but it's also about knowing how to rest and how to shift your weight. I even trained to rest while the wall was at a full slant. I figured out how to shift weight to give my forearms a break. It stinks that I didn't get the chance." Once Kelley Jorgensen won the BB Blockbuster and left Adrian on the block next to Will, Adrian says he knew his fate was likely sealed. The moment was especially tough because he felt betrayed by Zach Cornell and Vince Panaro, who chose to side with the majority rather than force a tie-breaker — a move that would have left the final decision in Lauren's hands. "I was ready to cause some mayhem if I stayed," Adrian admits. "That was the hardest part — knowing I had so much more to give." Despite his disappointment, Adrian is reflecting on missed opportunities with gratitude for the overall experience. He shared that he still harbors frustration toward Lauren's turbulent week as HOH, and he opens up about unresolved rivalries, his ideal final two partner, and his take on Mickey Lee snagging the HOH title from Rylie Jeffries' hands. Read on for our full interview with Adrian. Gold Derby: Lauren seemed like she hated every second of her HOH — there were a lot of tears and regret. Do you think she regrets winning HOH this early in the game? Adrian: I think she does regret it. I told her, "Who you put up is going to send one of us home." I told her I'd have her back and wouldn't put her up, and I meant that. Same with Kelley. I knew she was close to Kelley, but Lauren was scared to get blood on her hands, so she took the safe route. She did what the house wanted and put up easy targets. In the short term, that keeps her safe, but long-term, I don't think it was good for her game. You told Julie Chen Moonves that Rachel was your number one target. Knowing what you know now, do you still feel that way? Why wouldn't Lauren be on your list? She clearly found you disposable. Lauren was on my list, but she was too big a target. If I put her up, I didn't know if I could get the votes to send her out. If she was on the block against Rachel, people might've kept Rachel because they're using her as a shield. They don't think she can win because she's won before. I thought about using Lauren as a pawn, but being mad at her wouldn't have been strategic. I needed her to break a potential tie to save me. Rachel was my target because I didn't trust her, and we didn't have a strong connection. I knew she'd vote with the house over me. After Rachel, I probably would've gone for Morgan Pope or Keanu Soto — Keanu because the house wanted him on the block, and he could take himself off if needed. My goal was to keep people who'd vote my way. There's so much emotion in this house. Will could barely finish his speech last night; Ava was sobbing when you left. Why is it so emotional? You grow close to people. It feels like friends or family, not just people you see on TV. When you're in there, the game feels real, and loyalty matters. I told everyone I'd play an honest, loyal game, so seeing tears from people like Will and Ava hit hard. But I was too big of a threat — especially being paired up with Kelley and Keanu. Who were you loyal to? Who did you want to go to the end with? I wanted to go to the end with Zach. I like working with strong players. He didn't vote with me, but I respected him as a competitor. If not Zach, I would've taken Kelley. She was loyal, and I trusted her. But as much as I cared about her, I knew Kelley might've been voted out before the end. Ideally, Zach would've been my final two, but I hoped someone might take him out as a bigger target before then. If it came to it, I'd pick someone at the end who I could beat, like Ava or Will. Rylie won HOH last night, but Mickey invoked her power and became HOH instead. You were suspicious of Mickey; what tipped you off? How do you see this week playing out? Fudge! Man, that's tough. I hope Mickey doesn't put up people like Katherine or Rylie — though she might. She might take a shot at Zach or Vince. Probably not Vince, though, since I think they're working together. Mickey has options, and she won't hesitate to make a move. As for her power, I pieced it together step by step. I eliminated people who couldn't have it based on the comp and their behavior. Katherine said she didn't have it, and I believed her — her body language felt honest. Lauren and Rachel didn't seem like they had it either. That left Ashley and Mickey. Between the two of them, Mickey made the most sense. When Mickey kept bringing up jury votes, I knew something was up — her power had to involve the jury phase. The final piece was Zach. He told me he heard Mickey next to him during the competition. That sealed it. Quick last question: Who do you want to win? Kelley! This interview has been edited for length and clarity. ‘Big Brother 27' recap: Was Adrian, Kelley, or Will evicted live?
Heading into the third eviction episode of Big Brother 27, Head of Household Lauren Domingue had just named Adrian Rocha as her renom after Keanu Soto used the Veto to remove himself from the block. Adrian took his seat next to Kelley Jorgensen and Will Williams, and all three houseguests were about to compete in the BB Block Buster competition, where one person would be saved and the other two would face the live eviction. So, how did it all play out on Thursday night? Read on for our recap of Big Brother Season 27, Episode 11, which aired July 31 on CBS. This season's theme is the "Summer of Mystery" and the house has been transformed into the Hotel Mystère, where secrets lurk behind every corner. The 15 players still in the running to win the $750,000 grand prize are: More from Gold Derby 'Australian Survivor vs. The World' premiere date and cast photos: 'King' George Mladenov, Cirie Fields, Parvati Shallow ... Rylie Jeffries (27): Professional bull rider from Luther, Okla. Vince Panaro (34): Unemployed from West Hills, Calif. Will Williams (50): College sports podcaster from Wallace, S.C. Zach Cornell (27): Marketing manager from Cartersville, Ga. We begin where the last episode left off, with Adrian taking a seat in Veto winner Keanu's empty chair. Lauren had also considered Ashley as her renom, but changed her mind because Ashley was Will's good friend and she didn't want to anger him any further. Lauren and Vince continued working close together, which Rachel caught on to almost by accident when she was sweeping the house. Rachel told Lauren that she shouldn't let Vince control her game, which inadvertently made Rachel a target with both of them. #ButFirst Balance With noms now set for the week, the house became evenly split with seven votes needed to decide who gets evicted. HOH Lauren was hoping to find "balance" between the two sides that had a majority of women fighting for Will against a majority of guys fighting for Kelley and Adrian. From Lauren's perspective, she wanted to appear to be going after the guys alliance, but was secretly hoping that Kelley and Adrian would have the votes to stay so that Will would be evicted, removing a number from the women's side of the house. The problem with Lauren's "balance" was that with 12 houseguests voting this week, she could find herself in the hot water of having to break a 6-6 tie. The threat of a possible tie this week meant that both sides of the house had their work cut out for them in order to ensure they have a majority of votes. Zach and Vince used their final three deal with Morgan to sow distrust between her and Mickey by telling her that Mickey outed their final three to other people in the house. The revelation caused Morgan to question whether she was making the wrong decision by sticking by Mickey and that side of the house to keep Will instead of fully flipping to openly work with Zach and Vince. For Lauren to get the seven votes she needed to evict Will over Adrian, she told Vince and Zach that with their votes plus Ava, Rylie, Kelley, Katherine and Keanu. The guys saw the possibility of that plan working out, but because Will stayed in an unanimous vote last week, going against him this week would mean "drawing a line in the sand." BB Block Buster Before final plans could be made for the eviction, the three nominees fought for their right to take themselves off the chopping block in the BB Block Buster comp. For this one (called "Study the Study"), Kelley, Adrian and Will had a minute and a half to examine two rooms to find the subtle differences between them with greater accuracy than their opponents. Kelly locked in with seven differences, Adrian noticed six, and Will went all-in for 16. The correct answer was eight, meaning Kelley was the closest and successfully removed herself from the block for the third straight week. In the moments after Kelley's win, Keanu seemed to pledge his vote to Adrian, saying to him, "I don't care if it's unanimous." During the nominee pitches to stay, Will broke down having to speak up for himself against Adrian who he referred to as "such a good kid" and asked for the house to "do what you wanna do." Adrian fought back to tears to plead that the house vote to keep him because he's "good for [their] game" and promised to not let them down. Live Eviction In the Diary Room, Vince, Mickey, Morgan, Zach, Jimmy, Ashley, Ava, and Rachel all voted in the majority to evict Adrian. Keanu, Katherine, Rylie and Kelley voted in the minority, failing to evict Will. Adrian and his loaf of bread did not hold back in their answers to Julie's questions at the end of the episode. He called the houseguests "a bunch of chickens" that are playing too safe, came for Rachel and Jimmy as his biggest antagonists, and called Lauren's nominations "scared." He said that everyone in the game, including Rachel, believes Rachel will never win the game so they're okay with leaving her in the house for now as long as she's voting with them and to use her as a shield.
