Afifah Nasir will be welcoming a baby boy soon
19 Jun - Afifah Nasir recently announced that she and husband Syed Hariz are having a baby boy. Posting on Instagram on 17 July, the actress uploaded a video from their gender reveal party, where she and her husband shared the good news with family and friends by opening a big box and releasing little blue balloons to symbolise a son. "To think about it, it's amazing how Allah hears your plans. Hariz told me he wanted 2024 to be just about us focusing on each other and, InshaAllah, getting a baby in 2025," Afifah wrote in the caption. She added, "We also talked about gender. Even though we both said we didn't mind either, deep down we knew... we were secretly hoping for a boy. We wanted a Syed and praise be to God, Allah granted it. Subhanallah." Many took to the comments to congratulate the couple, including sister Anzalna who wrote, "Can't wait to meet my nephew!" 6 May - Afifah Nasir recently announced that she is going to be a mother soon. The actress shared the good news on Instagram on 4 April with a video of her and her husband on a yacht as they hugged and showed off the ultrasound photo of their first child together. "A year ago, it was just us writing our love story, one page at a time. Now, a new chapter begins, with a heartbeat growing within me. Our little miracle, made with love," she posted. "After months of keeping it just between us, I'm happy to finally share it with you all!" Fans and friends alike took to the comments to congratulate the actress, including new mother Intan Najuwa, who posted, "Alhamdullilah so happy for both of you!! Congrats!!"
