The actress opted to fly with Air India following the tragic Ahmedabad plane crash on June 12, which claimed the lives of 270 people, including 241 passengers on board. Since the incident, the airline has faced heavy criticism over its operations. Amid the backlash, Sana extended her support to the airline by choosing to travel to India with them. Expressing solidarity with the airline, Sana captioned the image with a supportive message. She wrote, 'We are with you, Air India.' Sana shared another post and showed a photo of her sprained leg. In a separate post, Sana shared a glimpse of her sprained foot while seated on the flight. The screen in front of her displayed the word 'Namaste.' Alongside the image, she wrote, 'Welcome Mumbai with a sprained foot.'
