Another animal-inspired take on the Air Max Dn8 has just been revealed, previewing a new 'Tiger Camo' colorway. This eye-catching composition features a combination of green, gold, and black that creates a tiger camo-inspired pattern across the upper. Meanwhile, the heel cage favors all-black, matching the midsole and its eight Air chambers. The Swooshes blend in with a forest green finish at the lateral heel, complementing the tongue's beige 'Air Max' callout. Rounding out this new pair is a semi-translucent blue outsole with red detailing. At the time of writing, we have not heard from Nike regarding the launch date of this 'Tiger Camo' colorway of the Air Max Dn8. Cav Empt Teases Nike Air Max Dn8 Collaboration
Summary Nikeushered in the next chapter of Air Max earlier this year by introducing theAir Max Dn8. Since then, countless colorways and a handful of collaborations have dropped. Adding to its arsenal, the Swoosh has turned back time to revive its partnership withCav Emptfor three more special pairs. The Japanese label teamed up with Nike in early 2019 for anapparel capsulealongside twoAir Max 95s. Our first look at the Cav Empt x Nike Air Max Dn8 campaign comes courtesy of the former's Fall/Winter 2025lookbook. Three co-designed colorways of the sneaker are present throughout the imagery, revealing that the two have again utilized pixel-inspired patterns. A black and gray pair is joined by a teal and white version, as well as an all-gray rendition. This limited preview of the design sees it sport 'CE' branding at the tongue. At the time of writing, neither Cav Empt nor Nike have indicated when their collaborative takes on the Air Max Dn8 will be dropping. Daniel Sturridge established himself as one of the best strikers in the league after joining Liverpool from Chelsea. Meanwhile, Mohamed Salah was once considered a Premier League flop at Chelsea and became one of the best players in the world at Liverpool, and probably one of the best players of all time to ever play for the club. The latest former Chelsea player Liverpool are reaping the rewards of signing is Rio Ngumoha, who at 16-years-old already looks like a very special prospect. Advertisement He could be mentioned in the same breath as Sturridge and Salah in years to come. But he might not be the only one. There could be another player on Richard Hughes' radar this summer. It has been well reported now that Liverpool are looking to bring in a striker this summer. This is the no.1 priority of Hughes as he looks to bolster the club's current options. The main goal for Liverpool is to sign Alexander Isak, who seems like the perfect choice and someone who would slot in perfectly alongside Florian Wirtz and Mohamed Salah. But if Isak doesn't get done, David Ornstein writing in The Athletic has mentioned a few alternative names. Among them there has been a new name added to the list in Nicolas Jackson. Advertisement According to Ornstein, Hughes was a fan of Jackson while at Bournemouth and while he isn't necessarily a massively realistic candidate, there is a chance for him to leave Stamford Bridge this summer. That's because Chelsea have brought in Liam Delap and Joao Pedro, which has cast doubt into the future of Jackson. So, there is a chance Liverpool could make a move for the Senegalese international in what could simply be an incredible move. Not because Jackson is a sensational player but because it would be an incredibly audacious and bold transfer. He's not a proven goal-scorer, and he's not quite hit the ground running at Chelsea. The fact that he would be signed from the club's rivals would also mean Chelsea would try to extort a lot of money from the Reds in order to part ways with Jackson. Advertisement The chances are Liverpool would have to overpay to sign a player with a lot of question marks. Yet, based on the track record of Chelsea 'flops' at Anfield if that's the decision Liverpool make, you'd back Jackson to succeed. Although for now this does feel like a move that Liverpool will only make if they are desperate. But it is one to keep an eye on. Jackson could very well be on the move this summer and there is no guarantee the Reds will sign Isak, so if they miss out on the Swede, the Chelsea star will undoubtedly become an option.

He's one that feels absolutely destined to be a superstar for Liverpool and someone they've chased for a very long time, too. They've made that one happen while also signing Milos Kerkez and Jeremie Frimpong to revitalise the full-back positions and hope to push on and grab Alexander Isak from Newcastle United for another record fee. It's all quite insane, honestly. And they might not even stop there. Liverpool are reportedly flying in for talks over another superstar signing within the next week or so. That was rejected as it fell some way below the asking price. However, the interest in Rodrygo may change things. Diaz quite openly wants to leave the club and the chance to replace him with the Brazilian is a fantastic one. Liverpool have been fans of Rodrygo for a long, long time. This is likely their last chance to sign him as an elite player. Swapping him in for a player who doesn't particularly want to be at the club anymore feels like too good an opportunity to pass up.

Liverpool are looking in good shape ahead of the new season, but signings still need to be made. We aren't talking about anything extraordinary, but a centre-back and a striker are required before the fans can begin to consider retaining the Premier League title the team won just two months ago. We might see Jayden Danns promoted to the first team, but Arne Slot's plans are still being arranged`since pre-season has only just begun. Even if the Uruguayan remains on Merseyside, you feel as though recruits are necessary, but as we have all seen throughout this summer, the options available feel expensive for the level they're at. But elsewhere, Liverpool have an even bigger concern that doesn't seem to be generating quite the same amount of attention and that is indeed the centre-back position. It's worrying me greatly. Advertisement Liverpool need defenders this summer The Reds essentially played with three centre-backs last season - Virgil Van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate and Jarrel Quansah - while Joe Gomez was sidelines for the most part with lingering injury concerns. From the start of that campaign, it was clear that Slot didn't rate Quansah and so his move to Leverkusen feels as though it's beneficial for all parties. But we've now in a frightful position. Someone has to come in to replace the England U21 Euros winner, and ideally they should be homegrown, so that the quota is met - which is an underrated thing that clubs have to abide by. Advertisement The candidate for that position is Marc Guehi at Crystal Palace, who is a few years older, but he is indeed homegrown, he has great leadership qualities as the Eagles' captain and his ability is extremely impressive, making him an essential part of England's international team moving forward. But the London club seem to want around £40m-50m and when he's only got one year left on his deal, that is a bitter pill for Liverpool's recruitment team to swallow. We might wait until next year. So the replacement for Quansah is currently on hold, which is major concern number one. The second is that Konate is set to be out of contract next summer, he is currently unwilling to sign a new deal and Real Madrid are looking at potentially signing him, either for a fee or eventually for free. Advertisement Allowing him to leave for nothing, just like what happened with Trent Alexander-Arnold, doesn't sit right, but the alternative is to sell him this summer if he is destined to play elsewhere in the future. Of the two reliable centre-backs we have, one is Van Dijk who is getting older and might only be around for the next two years, and the other is Konate who is still contemplating things. The obvious way to proceed is to buy two new centre-backs so that the stocks are secure regardless. But if we're honest, Liverpool are staring down the barrel of potentially not even signing one. All signs suggest that Quansah will be replaced by someone, but as well all know, the problems will not end there unless Konate agrees to a new contract - a five-deal has reportedly been rejected. This piece isn't necessarily to suggest any different solutions to the problem. If it were me, I'd have signed Guehi by now and Liverpool would at least have one concern wrapped up and dealt with. Advertisement But as we know, Liverpool have far more considerations to factor in and so that deal hasn't been agreed yet. Will someone be brought in? I'd expect so, but who that might be is a whole other story. Nonetheless, it cannot be understated how crucial that piece of business is. Liverpool will be hoping to retain their Premier League title. Without a legitimate third centre-back, that won't happen.
