UAE Pilgrims Affairs Office begins trial operations of Hajj Camps
Full readiness for 6,228 pilgrims The office confirmed that all services and facilities are operating at 100% capacity, fully equipped to accommodate 6,228 UAE pilgrims. Preparations include high-standard infrastructure, advanced air conditioning, catering services, and comprehensive medical and administrative support—ensuring a safe and comfortable Hajj experience. Upgraded Facilities and Infrastructure This year's improvements feature a newly constructed mosque in Arafat with a capacity of over 400 worshippers, along with dedicated prayer rooms in every camp. These spaces are equipped with high-quality audio and video systems to broadcast the Arafat sermon and prayers. All camp areas have also been upgraded with high-efficiency air conditioning systems, shaded and landscaped walkways, and misting fans to reduce temperatures and prevent sunstroke. His Excellency Al Darei also extended his thanks and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, for the great support for this campaign and His Highness's keenness to make it a success.
