Weaning race returns to Al Dhaid under royal patronage
Under the patronage of Sharjah's Ruler The race is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. It is part of a broader effort to preserve and promote the Emirati heritage through traditional sports. Race format and participation The competition featured 16 races, each covering a distance of 1500 meters. The lineup included eight rounds for female Al Dhaid camels, two challenging rounds for Al Dhaid camels, and six open rounds. Rubu' Qarn launches 3rd edition of "Kumon" Program
