Reacher Returns to Nielsen Streaming Ranking in a Big Way; SNL Makes Its Chart Debut
With the release of Season 3's first three episode, Prime Video's Reacher easily muscled its way back onto Nielsen's U.S. ranking of streaming originals.
The Alan Ritchson-led book adaptation landed at No. 2 for the week of Feb. 17 with 1.81 billion minutes viewed across 19 available episodes — its second-largest weekly haul to date (trailing only its series debut in February 2022).

Nielsen notes that the new episodes accounted for 78% of Reacher's total viewing time this interval, and that 58% of the Dad TV drama's viewers were male (the largest makeup of all Top 10 titles this week).
Netflix's tepidly received Zero Day mini placed juuuuust ahead of Reacher on the original and overall charts, with 1.84 billion minutes viewed for six episodes. Netflix's Love Is Blind came in third on the originals chart (with 1.4 billion minutes/105 episodes), followed by Netflix's Cobra Kai (893 million minutes/65 episodes) and Netflix's American Murder: Gabby Petito (801 million minutes/three episodes).
Rounding out the Top 10 streaming originals for the week of Feb; 17 were Netflix's Sweet Magnolias, Apple TV+'s Severance, Netflix's The Night Agent, Hulu's Paradise and Netflix's Gabby Petito's Dollhouse.
Meanwhile on Nielsen's overall ranking (which included acquired series, movies and what not), NBC's Saturday Night Live — in the course of celebrating 50 years — made its chart debut at No. 7, with 863 million minutes viewed across 1,109 episodes on Peacock. Nielsen notes that of SNL's streaming viewership this interval, 68% was dedicated to episodes from Season 50.
