AMK Delegates Push For Job Opportunities, Youth-focused Housing Solutions
JOHOR BAHRU, May 23 (Bernama) -- Employment opportunities and home ownership for youths were among key issues raised by delegates at PKR's Angkatan Muda Keadilan (AMK) National Congress 2025 here today.
Kota Melaka division AMK chief Alex Lee Yen Wei, when debating AMK Chief Adam Adli Abdul Halim's policy speech, stressed the importance of Malaysia strengthening its economic diplomacy to attract more investments in the technology and innovation sectors, thereby creating high-value employment opportunities for locals.
He also emphasised the need for youth participation in negotiations, including at the international level, and called for the appointment of young, principled and outspoken diplomats to ensure that fresh perspectives are represented in policymaking processes.
