Kentucky man killed in tornado remembered for his hard work, kind heart: ‘He wanted to give back'
DANVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — In the aftermath of Friday's tornado in Washington County, one Kentucky community is mourning the loss of a man who touched countless lives.
That man has been identified as 48-year-old Ronnie Hill, who was found dead outside of his home on Long Run Road. He died from injuries he received during the tornado.

Mark La Palme, a senior consultant at All Together Recovery, said Hill had just completed treatment at a center La Palme had started.
Hill later took a job at the recovery center, helping with building maintenance.
'He wanted to give back,' said La Palme. 'And I think that sense of wanting to be a part of something bigger than you, that helps other people get on the path that you found. That's what he was all about.'
Hill and his fiancée were together during the tornado. She's been receiving treatment at UK Hospital due to her injuries.

'She had back surgery yesterday, and she had arm surgery today. She's tough; she's going to make it,' La Palme said.
La Palme said he'll miss seeing Hill's name come up on his phone the most.
'He would call me 15 times a day,' La Palme said. 'He's like, 'Mark, I'm at Lowe's, I see this, I see that. What do you think about this with this apartment? What about this paint? What about this tile? What about this color'? I was at the outpatient clinic that we have in Danville this morning, and I was just waiting for him to come through that back door, and not seeing him.'
A GoFundMe has been set up to help Hill's fiancé and her family.
