Scottish family-owned engineer acquires English player

The Turbo Guy, the Glasgow-based turbo remanufacturing specialist, has expanded its trade-only business south of the Border with the acquisition of Turbocharger Service (UK) Limited (TCS) in Huddersfield. The Turbo Guy said it will now be able to offer trade customers, including motor factors and parts distributors across the north of England, with same day delivery of its premium quality remanufactured turbos for cars and light commercial vehicles. It has achieved continuous year-on-year growth since launching in 2010. The firm said that, in the near term, TCS will continue to operate under its own name and all seven staff are being retained. This includes TCS founder Ian Goodall, who will work alongside Allan Mitchell, managing director and founder of The Turbo Guy, to develop the company's customer base in the UK. It added that, as well as the ease of access to its evolving range of high quality turbochargers, repairers will benefit from the launch of a technical support telephone service, which The Turbo Guy will be introducing in the next few months. 'We are looking forward to working closely with Ian Goodall and his experienced team, who we've known for many years and anticipate a significant uplift in business, as a result of our expanded market presence.' Viral video shows Edmonton Oilers fans going head-to-head in a wild clash with each other

By Allan Mitchell It's no secret that Edmonton Oilers fans are passionate, but a recent viral video has taken that passion to a whole new, chaotic level. In a shocking turn of events, Oilers fans found themselves brawling not with rival team supporters but with each other! The video, which has taken social media by storm, showcases the intensity and raw energy of hockey fandom, leaving fans and onlookers alike asking, "Why so much violence?" Edmonton Oilers fans brawl among themselves in shocking viral video: A new low for fandom? In the viral video, fans clad in Oilers gear can be seen physically fighting in what looks like a heated disagreement, with punches thrown and tensions running high. It's the kind of raw emotion and energy you might expect from a playoff game, but instead of cheering for their team, these fans are apparently fighting each other. The scene has gone viral, with over 140k views on social media, sparking a wave of reactions, some humorous, others concerned. As expected, the clip has sparked a mix of reactions from fans across the internet. While incidents like these are rare, they provide an interesting lens into fan culture and the sometimes over-the-top emotions that come with being a die-hard sports fan. The rivalry between teams can lead to heated moments, but when those rivalries turn inward, it raises concerns about the level of aggression some fans are willing to engage in. As some of the comments suggest, sports fandom can sometimes spiral into aggression that's hard to justify, especially when it's directed at other supporters of the same team. The Edmonton Oilers have seen their fair share of passionate moments, but this chaotic display may take the cake as one of the wildest. At the end of the day, sports bring people together, but they can also spark moments of intense emotion. While it's clear that Oilers fans love their team, the viral video reminds us that sometimes that love can turn into something much darker at least when it's directed at fellow fans.
