Lewis Hamilton's New Reveal Leaves Fans Stunned Amid Ferrari Exit Rumors

Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton unveiled his long-awaited announcement that was teased for August 8, and it turned out to be nothing like what fans expected. In an Instagram video from July 28, Hamilton hinted at something potentially coming on "08.08" with the numbers written on a matchbook and a match being lit until eventually dying out. On the Formula 1 grid, the seven-time World Champion has struggled in his debut season with Ferrari, failing to capture a podium and placing sixth heading into the summer break. Given his laborious and unfruitful season thus far, fans began speculating that Hamilton could potentially retire or move back to Mercedes, due to his current issues. Photo byAt the Belgian Grand Prix, Hamilton qualified 12th and finished in the same position, making no progress in the race, while his teammate, Charles Leclerc, captured pole position and fought for the win over the first half of the race. The Brit appeared devastated after qualifying and even claimed that the team should change their driver. "It's just me every time. I am useless. Absolutely useless. The team has no problem. You can see the car is on pole [with Leclerc]. They probably need to change driver," Hamilton said. After the race, Hamilton sounded despondent and hinted at turmoil at his new team. "Not particularly, when you have a feeling, you have a feeling. There's a lot going on in the background that's not great, so...," Hamilton told Sky Sports. "I still love it. I still love racing." What was Lewis Hamilton's Major Announcement? Rather than anything to do with his driving career, Hamilton's announcement related to one of his key business ventures — Almave, the non-alcoholic spirit. The champ is known for not consuming alcohol due to its effects on his athletic performance, leading him to launch a non-alcoholic tequila. He unveiled a new flavor, Almave Humo, a smoky version of the drink: "There's a story in the smoke. Introducing Almave Humo, a smoky non-alcoholic spirit made with Espadín agave harvested from the foothills of volcanoes in Puebla, Mexico. "By adapting ancestral distillation techniques from the cradle of mezcal, Humo delivers the depth and intrigue of traditional smoky spirit, without the alcohol. "For festive dinners and everyday celebrations, for moments of discovery and deep connection — Humo delivers sophisticated cocktails and authenticity — beyond proof." With Hamilton set to finish out the rest of the season with Ferrari, he needs a mental reset for the second half of the campaign. For more F1 news, head on over to Newsweek Sports.

Lisa Rinna Talks Hair Confidence, Experimenting With Styles in Campaign With Bumble and bumble

In another universe, Lisa Rinna would gladly grow her hair long and dye it black à la Demi Moore. In reality, she'd rather not commit; that's what wigs are for anyway. Instead, the 62-year-old actress prefers to keep her trademark spiky, above-the-shoulders cut with lots of layers. 'I've had the same haircut for so many years, I found what works for me,' she told WWD over a phone call. 'It's a lot more fun to experiment.' More from WWD Serena Kerrigan Talks With Neutrogena About New Steamy Romance Series Introducing Almave Humo, Lewis Hamilton's New Non-alcoholic Mezcal Alternative Nike's Wildly Colorful Cactus Plant Flea Market Collaboration Is Coming Soon Short, Anderson .Paak bowl cuts, bombshell Marilyn Monroe-inspired blond, micro bangs, bobs and most recently, Moore's long hair — the 62-year-old actress has, indeed, tested almost every style imaginable, changing in and out of wigs like outfits. 'As an actor, I love to play characters, but when you get to be of a certain age, the acting jobs don't come in as frequently as you might like them to. So, it's been fun for me to express myself and to play these characters,' she explained. As statement-making as these personas are, her natural style is an integral part of her personality. 'My hair is pretty iconic,' Rinna said, referencing the cut and her muddy brown and blond coloring. Yet, she's never partnered with a hair care brand — until now. Announced in July, the former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star is teaming up with the prestige brand Bumble and bumble for her inaugural partnership. 'I believe in working with people that you connect with, and that you have some sort of affinity with. I love the Bumble and bumble products; I have for many years. And so, it felt right to me when they came to me and said, 'We'd love to partner with you,'' Rinna said. Some of her favorite Bumble and bumble products include the Sumo Liquid Wax and Finishing Spray, priced at $37, and the hero product at the center of this campaign, the Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Heat Protectant Leave-In Conditioner Primer, priced at $34. The spray, specifically, has been like a new 'toy' for Rinna to mess around with. She's swapped her classic pomade for the liquid wax, using it to mold sections of her hair, while the primer oil has helped restore moisture and shine to her head after she spontaneously dyed her hair platinum last year. 'At this point, you never think you're going to find new hair products that excite you, especially when you've had the same hairdo for 25 years or more. So, it was really a pleasant surprise, and now I can't live without it,' she said of the hair wax. 'When I went platinum, it trashed my hair, and so I had to use a lot of treatment to get my hair back, and one of them was the primer oil. It's been really great.' The primer oil is powered by Bumble and bumble's Featherlight 6-Oil Blend, which works to add shine, detangle knots and protect against UV rays and heat. According to Bumble and bumble, Rinna's campaign responds to rising consumer demand for multifunctional, simplified hair care products and routines that aren't overpowering or damaging in the long term. Bumble and bumble credits itself as a leader of this movement since its inception in 1977 in New York City. More than that, the brand and Rinna plan to use their union to inspire new beauty standards that encourage creativity and confidence as the reality star models. 'All I can ever do is show by example of what I do,' Rinna said. 'And so I think that if that helps anyone or teaches anybody something or gives somebody an idea to try something different, I'm all for it. I do what I do. So, if it affects somebody positively, I think that's a nice goal.' Lewis Hamilton and Casa Lumbre Unveil Almave Humo, a Mezcal Alternative, Driving Further Expansion of Authenticity in the Non-Alcoholic Category

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Almave, the first non-alcoholic agave spirit co-founded by Seven-Time Formula One™ Champion and Entrepreneur Lewis Hamilton and Master Distiller Iván Saldaña of Casa Lumbre Spirits, announced the launch of Almave Humo, a non-alcoholic mezcal alternative. Made with Espadin agave harvested from the foot of the Popocatépetl volcano in Puebla, Mexico, Almave Humo features rich and smoky depth that consumers expect from a fine mezcal, without the alcohol, creating an elevated, authentic drinking experience. Entering an entirely new category, Almave Humo not only fills a significant whitespace in the market but also redefines the non-alcoholic landscape through the adaptation of the time-honored method of mezcal production. This process includes pit-roasting the agave piñas in a traditional oven with fire and volcanic stones, and utilizing water from the distillery's well, enriched with complex flavors from the surrounding volcanic soil. 'We've found that many agave spirit drinkers begin with tequila, then learn about mezcales as they gain a curiosity and appreciation that inspires them to venture further into the world of agave spirits,' said Iván Saldaña, Almave's Master Distiller and a Co-Founder of Casa Lumbre Spirits. 'Almave Humo offers distinct, smoky notes for those seeking complex cocktails while embracing a lifestyle beyond proof. Our contributions to the NA category have proven that we are pioneering a new drinking culture that meets the needs of today's evolved consumer. It's been such a rewarding and eye-opening experience expanding Almave's portfolio, and I'm looking forward to building upon our innovation for what's to come next.' 'Iván and I have been talking about exploring further into the discovery of mezcal since launching Almave, so I'm super excited that we're now bringing Almave Humo to the table,' said Co-founder Lewis Hamilton. 'I've learned so much from Iván's dedication to agave, and I'm proud of what we've achieved with this latest innovation. I think Almave drinkers will really enjoy the unique, smoky taste of Almave Humo, and I'm excited to see how they incorporate it into their gatherings, celebrations, and beyond.' Almave Humo is bottled in the same premium, distinguishable packaging as the company's core agave spirits–Almave Ámbar and Almave Blanco–but with a velvety, matte finish as a nod to its smokiness. It is available for purchase starting today, August 8, 2025, on retailing for $36.99 per 700mL bottle. For more information, please visit or follow along on Instagram using @almave.
