SSSD achieves ISO Certification for Collaborative Management
Strategic Framework Development
The system was developed by the Government Communication Office, the Institutional Development Office, and organisational units within the department, as part of an integrated strategy. This framework aims to establish clear and sustainable institutional cooperation relationships, enhance organisational performance, and build strategic partnerships with various stakeholders to achieve shared goals and maximize societal impact.

On this occasion, His Excellency Ahmed Ibrahim Al Meel, Chairman of the Social Services Department, expressed pride in this new accomplishment, adding it to the department's growing record of success. He stated:
