From Jordan to regional screens: 'Ya Ana Ya Hyeh' series goes from Roya to Maraya and Abu Dhabi TV
The social comedy series 'Ya Ana Ya Hyeh' made a strong impression during the Ramadan 2025 drama season, marking a major milestone for Roya Media Group. The series was the Group's first social comedy production, filmed entirely in Syria, and initially premiered exclusively on Roya TV during the holy month.
In parallel with its broadcast on Roya, the series was acquired by Maraya, a regional digital platform, where it was streamed during Ramadan. The show garnered high viewership numbers and sparked widespread engagement across social media platforms.
Building on this momentum, Abu Dhabi Media Network recently announced its acquisition of the series' broadcast rights as part of its strategy to enrich its content library with high-quality and diverse Arabic programming. The series is expected to stream soon across Abu Dhabi Media's TV channels and digital platforms.
'Ya Ana Ya Hyeh' stars renowned actresses Amal Arafa and Amal Dabbas, alongside a strong ensemble of prominent Arab comedy actors, including Assem Hawat, Nizar Abu Hajar, Ali Karim, Jamal Al Ali, and Wael Zaidan. The dynamic between the two lead actresses was especially praised by audiences, adding a heartfelt and humorous tone to the series that blends comedy with relatable real-life situations.
