The Little People, Big World star, 63, announced the sad news in a post on social media Tuesday, revealing he and his former partner Caryn Chandler, 'have decided to part ways & end our engagement'. The couple got engaged in April 2023 after six years together and had planned to tie the knot in 2024, when he first gave her the ring, but a wedding never materialized. 'Life's a continued journey and this is the right step for us at this time,' Roloff wrote in the announcement shared on social media. He said they 'remain amicable,' and 'will always appreciate the many wonderful memories we have shared.' Talking to his fans he told them, 'Your support means the World to me and I'm committed to moving forward with positivity and trust in the path ahead. Much love to all.' Chandler is not active on social media and has not made a public statement about the breakup. The show ended after 25 seasons in 2023. Amy married real estate agent Chris Marek in 2021. She and Matt share four children; twins Zach and Jeremy, 35, Molly, 31 and Jacob, 28. The family's 16 acre farm in Oregon was put up for sale in May 2022 and has not sold yet. In a post trying to grab some attention to the property Matt wrote 'Ever dreamed of building a retreat, homestead, or legacy property?' He then added, 'This TV-famous Oregon farmhouse sits on 16.6 acres with a pool, barn, trails, castle, and more—just 25 minutes from Portland.' Bullet points include: Once home to Little People, Big World, Multiple outbuildings + development potential, Private, peaceful, and full of possibility, and Listed under $2.9M.' His son Jeremy had expressed interest in buying the family homestead, but apparently father and son could to agree on the terms of the deal.
