The winners were announced at the recent TOBY Miami-Dade Awards Gala in late January. Citigroup Center, an 810,000-square-foot, 34-story trophy tower and the second-largest Class A office building in Florida, was recognized in the 500,000 - to 1,000,000-square-foot office building category. One Downtown, a 440,000-square-foot, 31-story office tower, won the same award in the 250,000- to 499,999-square-foot office building category.
