Zoomcar launches ‘ZoomPro' dashboard for fleet operators to help drive earnings, efficiency
Zoomcar , a homegrown peer-to-peer car-sharing marketplace, on Thursday launched the 'ZoomPro' dashboard for large fleet operators. The solution will enable the company's fleet partners to manage bookings, pricing, and vehicle performance efficiently, while improving earnings and operational control. 'We're building more than a marketplace — we're enabling the operating system for self-drive mobility in India,' said Anirudh Lamba, head of marketing and partnerships at Zoomcar. The launch follows strong FY25 results for Zoomcar, including a 10 per cent year-on-year growth in bookings and an 86 per cent surge in repeat users. Smart tools for smarter fleets ZoomPro comes packed with features to simplify fleet operations, including a centralised view of bookings, multi-user access, artificial intelligence (AI)-powered pricing insights, real-time car reassignment, vehicle performance tracking, e-invoicing, and seamless API integrations. These functionalities aim to maximise utilisation and improve the guest experience across cities. The company is also planning future enhancements such as bulk onboarding, advanced fleet controls, and premium support using large language model (LLM)-driven technologies. 'ZoomPro is built for scale. It's multi-city, multi-user, and data-first. It reflects how fleet partners actually operate,' said Vishal Ramrakhyani, head of engineering at Zoomcar. The introduction of ZoomPro is part of Zoomcar's broader tech-led strategy, which helped it post a record $4.25 million in contribution profit for FY25, alongside a 67 per cent reduction in operating loss.
