Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan teaser: Shanaya Kapoor, Vikrant Massey promise a tender romance
Shanaya Kapoor is ready to make her much-anticipated acting debut with Ankhon Ki Gustakhiyan, a romantic musical drama whose teaser dropped earlier today. The film, which explores love, silence, and emotional connection, pairs her opposite Vikrant Massey. The teaser offers a glimpse into a tender narrative where a chance encounter between two strangers evolves into a deeply emotional bond. Vikrant's character closes the teaser with the famous line: 'Love is blind.'
Written and produced by Mansi Bagla, the film appears to explore the growing connection between a blind musician, played by Vikrant, and a theatre artiste portrayed by Shanaya. The story is believed to be loosely inspired by Ruskin Bond's acclaimed short story The Eyes Have It. The music is by Vishal Mishra, known not just for his powerful compositions but also for his breakout hit 'Pehle Bhi Main' from Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. His name being prominently associated with the project has only heightened anticipation for the soundtrack.
Shanaya's mother, Maheep Kapoor, known for the reality show Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. shared the teaser on her social media, captioning it: 'My heart is bustling.''

Shanaya Kapoor's debut comes with growing momentum. She is also part of Bejoy Nambiar's upcoming project Tu Ya Main, co-starring Adarsh Gourav. The announcement teaser for that film was released recently and received a warm response online. Vikrant Massey, meanwhile, continues to expand his impressive slate of projects. Apart from Ankhon Ki Gustakhiyan, he's set to appear in a biopic, where he will portray spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. He is also onboard for Rajkumar Hirani's upcoming web series and is reportedly in talks for Farhan Akhtar's Don 3, which stars Ranveer Singh in the lead.
