Construction work on a multi-storey car park in Bridlington is due to start in April. The 426-space development, which was given planning permission two years ago, will be in Beck Hill, between Manor Street and Hilderthorpe Road. It will be owned and operated by East Riding of Yorkshire Council. The project, which is expected to cost about £15.5m, has been designed to create the impression of a wave and is due to open in spring 2026, the council said.
