A juvenile has been charged with murder after police say he fatally shot an adult with a flare gun in Orange County on Friday night. According to a Huntington Beach Police Department media release, officers responded to the intersection of Florida Street and Utica Avenue, located just west of Beach Boulevard, around 8:40 p.m. Upon getting to the scene, the officers located a man who had sustained a single gunshot wound inflicted by a flare gun, the media release states. Huntington Beach Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital where he died of his injuries. Huntington Beach police arrested a boy after he allegedly killed a man with a flare gun Friday night.
